We had the most wonderful and restorative time at Tree Space. The cabin is beautiful and cozy, very private, comfortable and well-equipped. Everything is designed with great taste and respect for nature. The space and its surroundings invite you to take a deep breath and leave all your worries behind. Just staying inside, watching the trees and listening to the birds was so special. We really enjoyed having access to so much nature to explore, without the need to cross any road. Nicola was a very helpful and communicative host, and we recommend getting her extra touches too. The local honey was so delicious! Thank you so much for everything and we hope to come back one day!

Three of us stayed for 2 nights in spring while the weather was cool. The sheperd's hut is one of 3 on site - well spaced - along with several lodges all located off a gravel drive and surrounded by a large expanse of grass bordered by shrubs. The site is accessed through a substantial wooden electric gate from the main road - which makes for a very secure setting. Plus points: * well equipped - including good quality knives (in wooden block) & 2 ring induction hob * very well insulated (warm & quiet) * easy walk from Hassocks station * lovely walk to Jack & Jill windmills at top of the Downs * attractive site * remote key fob for electric gate * fresh flowers, organic tea * large towels, nice linen * good WiFi Other things: * Quite a lot of road noise from A273 during busy periods daytime * If you are over 6' tall and plan to use a single bed thene expect your feet to stick out uncovered, as the banquette & duvet are short. I would definitely stay again.

Anthony was super welcoming and even gave us little extras in the fridge for our stay. Veyr very thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel so welcome and came out to talk to us when we walked our dogs on his grounds. We will definitely return as there is so much to do and a great pub around the corner which is a two min walk. The property itself is quaint, clean and spacious and was perfect for my friend and I. We got home after our break feeling refreshed and relaxed. The property has everything you could need and I whole heartedly recommend this for anyone just want to check out of the hum drum for a while. We will definitley go back!

We had wonderful stay in the cabin (3 nights). Cabin is pristine clean and cosy, kitchen fully equipped. We were excited to find books about the local area, cuisine and birds, as well as our favourite board games of scrabble and battleship! :) Much appreciate very helpful communication with Rachel, before and throughout our stay.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Tracy’s lovely annexe! The annexe is gorgeous and well-appointed, all the little touches were subtly perfect (milk and Prosecco in the fridge, coffee machine ready to go with pods provided, ample cutlery and glassware, scented candles dotted around, lovely products in the bathroom, spotless towels and sheets, very comfortable bed… oh, and everything you need to get going with the log burner already provided). The grounds are lovely and welcoming (with some really friendly dogs living at the main house), and gorgeous fields stretch out in front of the house and hot tub, with forests and streams, connecting to local footpaths and bridleways. The hot tub was fabulous and we enjoyed it both the evenings we were there. We ate at the Half Moon (discovery menu) one evening on Tracy’s recommendation and had one of the best meals of our lives. It’s almost difficult to want to write such a positive review because I’d rather keep such a gem a secret! :)

I stayed at The Barn with my girlfriend, the property was exactly as described. It was clean and warm, the shower was absolutely great. Kitchen was stocked well to cook basic meals, Cath had stocked it with butter, milk, oil etc. which is lovely as we didn’t have to bring / buy these. The location is in the middle of a quiet village with a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, co-op , butchers and pubs all short walks away. We stayed here while driving to the south downs and brighton for days out but we could have spent the whole weekend relaxing in the village too. Cath was very communicative and let us check in early and check out late. 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend for an excellent price!

Had a great week staying at Amberfold with Jon and Tanya. The Lodge is a great little place with everything needed to be self sufficient for a classic Airbnb stay. There is plenty of walking from the front door as well as a pub within walking distance. Jon and Tanya were very accommodating hosts, would highly recommend!

We had a great 2 night stay at The Bothy. I think the photos don't do it justice as it was much bigger than we expected and the garden was huge, which our dog loved! The local area was beautiful, lots of nice dog walks and pubs. Our dog felt right at home and really enjoyed our break away! Thank you Cathy!

Really stunning property with fabulous finishing touches. Everything we needed was provided. Beautiful garden which our dog loved. Local pub across the road had great food amd was dog friendly. 5 min drive to a lovely dog friendly beach. Would definitely recommend this special property, Karen is a great host who has a really put alot of thought into making this a cosy, private space.

We had an amazing time staying in Graffham. The location is perfect with lots of marked public footpaths on site to explore and the farm itself is also lovely. There were horses and lambs right outside our door! The Shepard’s hut is cosy and romantic inside, and the bed is extremely soft and comfortable. Although it’s small, the space is used very efficiently. We loved the outdoor area which was enclosed for our dog, and we also enjoyed using the fire pit and looking out over the fields. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough. Although we had no reason to contact the host throughout our stay, there was lots of information about the hut and local area left for us in a booklet.

Emily's place is well equipped, well positioned and nicely decorated. The bedroom is light and airy. We very much appreciated the prosecco and milk left for us in the fridge. It was a shame we only had time to stay one night - it's a great spot!

We stayed 2 nights and loved every minute. From the moment we opened the front door and saw the beautiful quirky decor, we were sold. So much to take in, a feast for the eyes. Lovely little outside space, perfect for our little dog plus the bonus of a sauna. Outdoor shower which I do admit I didn’t use as not brave enough, but my husband did and said it was brilliant with lovely hot water. Perfectly situated for walking into town and to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would definitely like to return one day. Sarah and Matt are brilliant hosts that kept in touch regularly ensuring a seamless stay.

Lovely place with nice and clean interior as described. Very easy to find and straightforward parking in front of the chalet. Can recommend!

Lovely quiet location with a nice view from the bedroom. The room was closer to the house than expected but we never saw the host after arriving and certainly didn't feel like it wasnt private enough. The room was a great size, the bed super comfy and the shower room fantastic. Overall a lovely night away with the setting and surroundings providing the rest and recuperation needed.

We just spend a night at Tanya's and it was as described. She was very attentive and provide great recommendations.

Superhost, really great communication and attention to your needs when you stay. I’ve stayed at the property previously in a different facility, this one is a narrow boat, super comfortable with all mod cons, was beautiful sat on the front of the boat watching the sunrise and sunsetting, really tranquil, very enjoyable.

Second stay at the Bothy and again enjoyed a peaceful stay in a lovely location with fab hosts. Lots of little touches to help your stay go well and sitting in front of a fire with a glass of something of an evening is so good for the spirit.

An idyllic location, Geoffrey and his wife were friendly and welcoming. The hut was clean and cosy and a local pub is within east walking distance. All in all we had a lovely evening staying there.

Had the best three nights staying in a very comfortable little cabin Debbie and her husband are very welcoming and made me feel very at home . Would definitely recommend .. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it delivered every morning. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this little gem is.

Fabulous stay in the Garden Cabin, which is so beautifully made, with loads of homely touches.Far more luxurious than we were expecting, and has everything you need for eating at home, which is a bonus. Elaine and Mike are so friendly and welcoming, and love sharing their tips for places to visit in this wonderful area. Their garden is wonderful, a real labour of love, and a beautiful place to eat and relax if you're blessed with sunny weather like we were! There are beautiful walks from the cabin, the circular walk around Chidham is like stepping back in time! We specifically went to the area to have a meal at Anchor Bleu, Bosham at high tide. We had discovered it by chance while down here last year, but it was low tide. It's something you have to do if you're in the area. Cannot recommend Bosham and Anchor Bleu highly enough, and the hosts agree! Thanks Elaine and Mike for a wonderful stay, hope to visit you again.

A peaceful and serene retreat with stunning views. Salena was welcoming and helpful upon arrival. Looking forward to staying again when visiting family.

Fab little one night stay for exploring surrounding countryside and coast. Particularly loved the 10 min walk through fields to the pub!

A wonderful place to stay, the cabin was cosy but at no point did it feel too cramped and felt right at home with all amenities provided. Local shops not too far away and a gorgeous scenery that really made our stay feel that much more comfortable. David was an excellent host from clear instructions, helpful guidances and recommendations to local areas and things to do. We would love to stay again in the future!

Jane's place was wonderful. lovely quiet location with a lovely garden space to enjoy. Jane was there to meet us on arrival and showed us to the place where we were staying. its exactly as it showed on the advert. we only stayed overnight but would have been happy in the space for longer especially in summer. clean, tea coffee supplied, breakfast items and snacks in a little dish. it was a good location for ours needs. Will be staying again when in the area x
