We stayed in the penthouse apartment for one night. It was not only spotless but it was stunning. The terrace has a view to remember. We could see all over Brighton including the Pier and beach. Check in was very easy and the person on reception was lovely and very helpful. I think great value for money. I will definitely be back.

We had pleasant times in Brighton. Perfect for traveling with little kids, great location and services, clean and cozy environment, highly recommended.

I really loved the appartment we booked. All very modern, clean, nice kitchen, all amenities you need. Really enjoyed the stay and it definitely worth the money. People here in comments were complaining about the deposit, this is working like a hotel, so you just need to know in advance, that they will take deposit- 100£ was for me, I saw for bigger appartments can be 250£. But I didn’t see a problem with that at all. Very good location as well. Plenty of things to do.

We staid 10 days in Brighton. We first checked in a rental on Charlotte street, and this was the worst I had even experienced. We looked for another place for remaining 6 days and booked this place, for the same price (£150) but with cleaning fees included. This was night and day. The place is spacious, modern, comfortable, very well located. Has a nice balcony, washing machines inside the appartment. Dish washer, 2 TVs, … everything. Very nice bathroom, and a 24 hours service desk. Also, they gladly keep your luggage save before and after the room is available for free. The place on Charlotte st wanted £50 for getting in 2 hours before 11am checkin!

A great place to stay and close to everything. Prime location too, the host is so helpful and accommodating I would definitely stay again.

The last of three visits to Hove and SoBo’s property. As usual clean, tidy, responsive and pleasant a host can be. Will be staying again in the near future.

The apartment was clean and well thought out. The pull out double bed meant that we had plenty of room in the daytime. Ramona was very accommodating and we were able to access our room early, after a very long journey, which was most appreciated. The apartment is just a stones throw from the seafront but the street was quiet at night. Great place and fully recommend.

The most amazing stay in Flat 1 and I felt extremely lucky to be there. The place is exactly what I would do in terms of decor and amenities - beautiful doors, wonderful soft furnishings, lovely bedlinen… and it all smelled gorgeous too. Everything was faultless. With the balcony and the beautiful weather I had, it felt like I was abroad. It’s a lively road outside the front, but central for restaurants and coffee shops etc. The bedroom is at the back overlooking a bit of green and was peaceful. I would definitely love to return.

Cute and cosy little place in a lovely part of Hove. This was my second visit as the first was comfortable and good value for money. Would stay again and would recommend.

Nice place great location!

I stayed at sobo for 2 nights, and felt so relaxed and home. I felt looked after, as each time I messaged i was answered quickly and warmly by Ramona and James. I love the clever way so many different features are stored and tucked away, and i had all i needed to be comfortable. I had a great TV with cable, and there was tea, coffee and various snacks, cereal too. Milk also very welcome. I would definitely stay there again

Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing stay at SoBo House. My studio was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive during my stay which I really appreciated and the refreshments, snacks and toiletries available throughout the duration of my stay was a really kind and considerate touch. I would stay at SoBo House again :)
