Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place, the annex is very private and in a quiet location but easily accessible. Sarah was very responsive when messaged, and her check in instructions clear and concise. The annex was clean, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. It was in a perfect location being approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 10 minutes to the beach front.

Anthony was super welcoming and even gave us little extras in the fridge for our stay. Veyr very thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel so welcome and came out to talk to us when we walked our dogs on his grounds. We will definitely return as there is so much to do and a great pub around the corner which is a two min walk. The property itself is quaint, clean and spacious and was perfect for my friend and I. We got home after our break feeling refreshed and relaxed. The property has everything you could need and I whole heartedly recommend this for anyone just want to check out of the hum drum for a while. We will definitley go back!

Tracy's place is the perfect getaway for a quiet weekend. It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and thank you for the helpful recommendations. The place was spotlessly clean. The log burner and hot tub are a nice touch. The local village has all the amenities you will need and some brilliant pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking. There is plenty to do and see. Thank you!!!!!!

I stayed at The Barn with my girlfriend, the property was exactly as described. It was clean and warm, the shower was absolutely great. Kitchen was stocked well to cook basic meals, Cath had stocked it with butter, milk, oil etc. which is lovely as we didn’t have to bring / buy these. The location is in the middle of a quiet village with a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, co-op , butchers and pubs all short walks away. We stayed here while driving to the south downs and brighton for days out but we could have spent the whole weekend relaxing in the village too. Cath was very communicative and let us check in early and check out late. 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend for an excellent price!

The guest house is simple, cosy and well kept. Its in a great location and was perfect for our plan to go for walks. Their communication was really helpful and we would definitely recommend as a simple place to stay for a night or two.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Jessica was very hospitable from the outset and went the extra mile to ensure I had everything that was needed. The bijou cottage is extremely comfortable with quality furnishings and bedlinen and an excellent shower. The brownies on arrival were most appreciated as was everything you could want for a delicious continental breakfast, which was a welcome surprise. I would highly recommend Jessica's place for a peaceful stay in a lovely village with shop and pubs within walking distance.

The Potting Shed was everything we could have hoped for to share a very special Birthday 🎁. Sian instructions were clear and accurate. Her welcome back was fantastic with lots of local provisions which kept us going between dining at some super local restaurants. Would absolutely recommend for a getaway from all break but there is also the option to explore much locally . Thank you Sian

Emily's place is well equipped, well positioned and nicely decorated. The bedroom is light and airy. We very much appreciated the prosecco and milk left for us in the fridge. It was a shame we only had time to stay one night - it's a great spot!

I loved being in Julia’s cabin. It is a perfect little peaceful hideaway, yet within easy walking distance of the city amenities. It was indeed a comfortable cabin: compact, but with everything you might need. Sitting outside with breakfast, listening to the birds and the church bells then in the late afternoon sunshine with a drink was most enjoyable.

How often do we hear "If it looks too good to be true, it isn't true"? Well this is absolutely not the case here, because all we can do is echo all of the previous reviews that are saying what a truly fabulous place Chestnut Barn is. From the moment you pass through the gates you will be entranced by the beautiful surroundings, peace and the spotless accommodation with all the appointments that one could wish for. With the amenities of Midhurst a pleasant half hour's ramble away (why hurry?) and the delights of the West Sussex countryside on the doorstep, you are ideally placed to explore. The charming hosts Linda and Mike create a welcoming and helpful environment that complement the experience perfectly. We really thought we had visited some special Airbnb residences, but Chestnut Barn tops the lot - and more!

Modernized English country living! This place was up-to-date on the inside and old English countryside on the outside. Beds were comfy, lounge area was comfy, and all super clean and tidy. We didn’t use many of the facilities but plenty there to make yourself right at home. We were 3 adults just looking for a cozy, charming place to have our English adventures and we found it! We wish we’d stayed longer because we felt so comfortable and taken care of. Jen’s communication was exceptional considering she was on her own vacation, but right from booking she was making suggestions and giving feedback. Can’t say enough good things about the comfort, location and the host!

We loved our stay at the boat house ! Fiona and Roland were the perfect hosts , answered all of our questions before arrival and very helpful when we were there ! We loved paddle boarding from the jetty and having a bbq each night on the deck ! It was so peaceful and we slept very well on the comfy bed ! They had also left us some welcome goodies which was a very nice touch ! It was a lovely weekend away ! We would highly recommend! Thank you

Wonderful accommodation Wonderful hosts and hosts family (AF&F!♥️) So many extra little touches that make such a difference Thankyou for the beers milk bread butter and marmalade!! Air B&B done as it should be! Simply cannot recommend Sophie’s place highly enough!!

We stayed for four nights with our two teenage city kids to give them a taste of countryside life!! They loved the spacious apartment, all of the nature, birds, badger, deer and of course the kites, the warm pool, and freedom to explore the extensive grounds! A fabulous Airbnb with very generous and kind hosts.

Stayed at Janet’s prior to a long haul flight breaking up the journey. The old stable was a perfect venue clean,comfortable and well appointed. Both Janet and Anthony were very welcoming. Lovely peaceful walk to the church and along the country lanes.Proof that small things really do come in good packages! Thank you both Cath and Adrian

A brilliant long weekend in this cosy annexe. Susan was really friendly, giving us space but also being there when we needed a little support. We would definitely recommend!

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Had a great time. Great location, peaceful, private, clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Perfect! Mike and Sarah were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Brilliant location right next to the beach and a short walk to east and west wittering, or a bus to take you further afield. Fell in love with the Witterings. Highly recommended.

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰
