Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. We would certainly love to come back next time we have events in the area. Thank you very much for hosting us, Lesley! We're praying you more success in your AirBNB business.

Jimmy came round personally to say hi and deliver some food for us which was a really nice touch. The property is perfect for a break to explore in and around Dedham, would definitely use again.

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Jane's home was perfectly located for my visit to the city - in between the historic city centre and the areas of independent shops and cafes on Mill Road and Norfolk Street. Jane is a great host and good communicator. The bed and room are comfy and quiet. There was even the option to make toast with Jane's home made bread, or to have a bowl of cereals for breakfast.

Lovely spot! Thoughtful amenities like butter, milk and jam that were much appreciated and made breakfast easy. The L’Occitane shampoos and soaps were delightful. The welcome booklet had great recommendations for local restaurants and clear instructions about trash/recycle/compost. A little bit of noise at night from the street, but not constant, just a person walking by here and there. Otherwise, it was very quiet. Lovely courtyard and beautiful artwork in the space. Bed downstairs was a 5/5 and the twin beds upstairs were 4/5 for us. This was a perfect space for our trip to Cambridge. Thanks, Sarah!

Andy and Carol were very friendly and welcoming. Location is absolutely nice and hassle-free. We spent a great time with our kids. Kids have lot to do there. Definitely recommend to other people who looking for a pleasurable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

My parents came to visit us and our new baby, Christine was really great in helping get them settled in and making them to feel welcome.

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

Really lovely apartment with fantastic views. So many great amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely weekend in Ipswich. Very comfortable beds and lovely decor in the apartment. Great place to stay whilst working nearby. My own front door with parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The breakfast items supplied are a lovely touch.

Riona's place was beautiful. I really enjoyed staying here, Riona was friendly and respectful. Breakfast was great. I felt comfortable here and would recommend to others and stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's and would stay again. Sophie was very hospitable and friendly and always responded quickly and clearly. the House and location are beautiful abd we had a lovely time walking through the village and exploring everything. So quaint !! we also visited Flatfird Mill which is not far by car and National Trust too as well as where Constable painted his famous picture "The Haywain.

We absolutely loved our stay. Both hosts were really friendly and the food was excellent. Accommodation was gorgeous, clean and quiet. Loved to sit out in the garden to relax. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay at Julia's, unfortunately it was only for 1 night. Comfortable and friendly experience in an interesting village. Julia went out of her way to offer me a gluten free breakfast which I appreciated. I ate at the pub next door for my evening meal which offered Gluten Free options too and the shop is across the road for an early morning paper ! Very handy. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Thank you.

The Maltings is quiet and secluded being just off the beaten track. However, finding it was made so much easier by Shirley's clear instructions sent out prior to arrival. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and snuggley warm with all the facilities you need for a few days away. The breakfasts were delivered at check-in and were more than enough for our 4 day stay. (A fine selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juice and pasteries.). It is well placed for days out across the whole of East Anglia, with plenty of places of interest within an hour's drive. Would happily stay again.
