This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). Welcome to our self contained apartment in the heart of Moonah just 5km to Hobart CBD and a 10 minute drive to Mona. We are opposite the cycle track that will take you directly into town. We have converted a commercial warehouse and offices into award winning visitor accommodation, our residence and studios plus a warehouse gallery space. The renovation was completed in April 2023.
