What a treasure this place is. It's not just beautiful, peaceful and extremely homely - it's loved, full of stories and life. Shane is a perfect host - kind, responsive and dedicated to providing a lovely space. Even better is that he built it himself - so every little part has a purpose and a story. He knows each tree in the garden. There are peacocks, hares, deer and birdsong. Some places are meant to make people smile :-)

The cottage was perfect. It was homely, beautifully thought out and furnished with lots of little furnishing to make it really cosy and welcoming. We loved the outside spaces too- the hot tub was amazing and the BBQ area too. It certainly gave us all we needed for a fabulous stay. We’ll definitely be back.

We just celebrated a big wedding anniversary with a trip to Katriona and Rupert's cottage. It was a wonderful place to relax and visit the lovely surroundings area-Charlecote, Broadway and Stratford-upon-Avon. Katriona and Rupert's friendly welcome, useful tips on running routes and the amazingly beautiful garden, along with the fab hot tub, made it all the nicer. Would totally recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely family stay. The cottage and esp the hot tub were fab. Lots for the kids to play with and do, and nice to chill out

My daughter's and I really enjoyed our short Easter break. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. A much needed retreat from Birmingham. We made full use of the wonderfully relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed a meal out at The Ship Inn and several walks along the river. We took a walk to The Severn Valley Visitors Centre and caught the steam train back from the Country Park Halt. A lovely afternoon out. We recommend this Airbnb and hope yo visit again in the future.

A great place to stay - clean, fresh, comfortable and with everything you could wish for included. Easy to find, parking out the front, huge kitchen, living room and 2 double bed rooms. Lovely garden area. Highly recommended. Very close to Lichfield and National Memorial Arboretum.

This is a stunning house with a wonderful view of the Holy Trinity Church. It is in the very centre of Coventry, everything was on our doorstep, shops, entertainment and culture. The house was very clean and comfortable, we all slept well. Michelle was very quick to reply to messages. The keyless entry to the house is great, we were able to go out separately without arranging a time to meet up with a key to get back in. We had a fabulous stay.

We had a lovely stay ! It has lots of space , and has everything you need. Log fire, hot tub , dining room and games ! Everything was super clean and tidy 😀. The garden is gated , however must keep dog on the lead , my dog is very bouncy as the path plants it meets half way down the picket fence. This was fine for us as we had a long lead so he could still mooch around the garden. There are lots of walks around , tranquil and quiet. there is around 20 minute walk to fillongly , local pub Manor house opens about 5 on a weekday which was very welcoming and dog friendly and playground for children. As it wasn't open when we initially reached there we tried the local social club , they were super welcoming and allowed dogs in with treats available. also park outside. We spent most of our time in the hot tub , which was perfect super hot and our girls just loved it. Joy left a perfect welcome pack and was responsive to everything ! overall a perfect stay for my husbands 40th .

Jayne's cottage was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It is a larger than expected ground floor studio with the added bonus of a garden which is both private and secure, and really rather lovely. There were some fab walks directly from the door; including Chaddesley Woods and Rowberry's Garden Centre/Restaurant/Farm Shop. The Swan directly opposite did hot food as takeaway Thursday to Sunday and even delivered Sunday Roast Ciabattas and sides directly to the door. A lovely cottage in lovely surroundings with a lovely host, I'm sure we'll pay a return visit.

A beautiful location and a gem of a find. If you need a bit of a getaway with lovely local walks, and 2 incredible gastro pubs in short walking distance, this is the place to be. Going to bed each night, with the window open, breathing in fresh air, and waking up to the dawn chorus was incredible. highly recommend

Beautiful location overlooking the small lake and rolling hills of the countryside. Property was exactly like the pictures, was lovely to eat out on the wrap around decking. Comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed. We had a really relaxing, peaceful weekend.

Cute cottage, in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property is peaceful and well appointed, and the host responsive and helpful. Kenilworth is my home town, so I will definitely consider a future booking, when visiting family again.

Lovely cottage in ideal location. Although functional, the cottage was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were attending a weekend function in the main building and the cottage was an ideal sanctuary of peace and tranquility and with the added bonus of a hot tub! Thoroughly recommended.

This charming cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage itself was cozy and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed. The true highlight of our stay was the backyard and field. The perfect spot to relax.

I stayed a few nights with my wife following our wedding for a quiet relaxing time away. The place was clean, as described and the host was really helpful, she helped with my special requests and was keen to help out. I defo recommend this place and I’ve already told the host I’ll be coming back.

It looked and sounded a beautiful place to stay from the listing, and it didn't disappoint. This was a last minute getaway for a birthday (a peaceful retreat, not a party!) Kirsti was responsive quickly to all communications. AirBnB sad this was a lucky find, because this place is usually booked. I can believe that, and can agree!
