1871 historic cabin located in a quiet Gladstone neighborhood. Enjoy the history of the 140+ year old cabin with all the modern amenities. Centrally located for easy access to restaurants, beaches, boat launches, golf courses and more. Steps away from Terrace Bay Hotel and Little Bay de Noc. The cabin features an open concept - the main floor has a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious room with two queen beds and a bunk bed in a loft-type setting with bathroom.

The Highbanks is a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home that can sleep and feed up to 6 people. Full breakfast is included! Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more! The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Cozy cottage with room for 4-5 on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen futon. SmartTv, Wifi.

Dogs are welcome, our policy excludes cats. We also have two other units available in this bldg. The Delta Loft and the Delta Nest ! Small one bedroom ground floor apartment. Handicap accessible bathroom. This unit has a Private fenced side yard, a full size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room. Adventure U.P.2 is a quiet little cabin on a paved dead end country road,6 miles from the closest town. You’ll love my place because of the quiet woods, fire-pit for quiet campfires where you may hear owls, coyotes, and many varieties of birds, and the coziness of a U.P. cabin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Nothing fancy but functional and cozy!
