Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Spacious modern clean apartment, exactly as described, very comfortable beds! Location was absolutely perfect, views from front window over harbour are stunning!! Only used the car once in a week!! Loved Whitby didn’t want to come home. Thank you ☺️ ❤️

We found the hosts to be very helpful with detailed instructions on how to get to the accommodation. The accommodation was lovely, bright and spacious with everything needed for your stay. We would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again when staying in York. The accommodation was very close to the station as well as the city and therefore an ideal place to stay at. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious and good too. Overall we were very impressed with our stay ♥️

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

Ryan's Unique Apartment on Normanby Terrace was fantastic. very close to West Cliff, Beach, Restaurants and Pubs. the Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ryan was very welcoming and very responsive when asked questions. We parked in the sports hall car park and paid for 4 days without any issues. this was a 5 min walk from the apartment. we would certainly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again. We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

Very nice place, stayed as we were going to a family wedding, Ian was very helpful when asking how close to the venue, very quick at responding and the house felt like a home, would deffinately reccomend

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

Loved our stay, it was even nicer in person than the photos! Beautiful property with gorgeous decor, tonnes of space, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils etc. Smooth check in and easy walk into the town centre :)

There were a few lovely surprises here. The huge shared garden space was a delight. Very peaceful and my dog was delighted to lie in the grass all day. The cafe next door was very pleasant and parking was easy.

Stayed here with friends for my 24th birthday and had the BEST time ever, arrived and there was loads of parking space, a massive front garden, keys were really easy to find and use. Walked in the house it was spotless, immaculate & so big so many rooms with cool decor , the games room was a favourite of ours (spent a lot of time there). The beds were all extremely comfy , had a brilliant sleep every night. There was enough towels for everyone and the massive bath was also a favourite of mine, everything in the property was great and ensured me and the rest of my friends had the best 3 nights ever. Also the hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always on hand and easy to contact there were any problems. Thankyou so much for the stay hopefully will be back 🤞

Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

The apartment was very well placed, clean & tidy. Beautiful kitchen & large tv. Felt at home straight away. Whitby was so busy we couldn't use the W parking zone. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would definitely use again. Plenty of amenities nearby, breakfast next door is recommended. Brilliant holiday.

The accommodation was just as described clean an well decorated. Close to the harbour an shops , if I needed anything I only had to ask . I would highly recommend this property. So glad I found this on air bnb

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Ideal location within 15 minutes walking of everything you want to do within the city centre. Perfect base for exploring. Secure, private parking an added bonus. Apartment had everything needed for any length of stay and was a clean comfortable space for relaxing at the end of busy days exploring. Hosts were super helpful, proactively recommending places to eat/drink and things to do and all communications were quick and easy.

A comfortable stay, we were only having an overnight but would book again for longer if we need to sometime. Lovely thought to provide Proseco welcome.

Extremely pleased with apartment-exactly as shown and described on the web-site. Very tastefully furnished. So easy to walk into the city. Cannot fault in any way. Amanda has an apartment to be very proud of. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to York.
