Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

Small, clean and affordable, with a beautiful view, nice size yard, quick access to the host, who lives in the adjoining apartment and has a dog. There's a queen size bed in the bedroom . a couch in Livingroom . Also two chairs that fold down into small cot like beds. Suitable for a couple with one or two children. so, that's only two adults and or two young children. One dog welcome (No cats please.)

There are still animals on the farm- cows and horses, but they are far enough away that they won't bother you. It's only a couple miles from I-88 and on a paved road so access is easy and also easy to find.
