Lovely rental, very accurately depicted in the listing, on street parking was not an issue, quiet urban neighborhood that felt very safe. Very walkable to numerous restaurants and shops, and the Theodore Roosevelt National Inaugural Museum (interesting!), and a short, easy drive to the AKG Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for about two and a half weeks. Everything was as described. Manny and Sylvia are very responsive and friendly hosts. We were comfortable and safe. It was a nice quiet area, and parking was easy in the driveway. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall very pleasant but we have a few suggestions, tissues, end tables for both sides of bed, instructions for thermostat. The one drawback was the upstairs apartment was very noisy and interfered in getting a good nights sleep. However it wouldn’t deter us from staying there again Comfortable and nicely decorated

This place was just what we needed for a Niagara Falls visit. It was close to the falls, close to get food or groceries. We felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I will mention is that, as described in the listing, the house is on a busy road and at night you can hear the cars driving by, trains, etc. We weren't sure how we were going to sleep because we're not used to hearing that kind of noise at night but we were able to sleep fine. But just so you're aware if that kind of thing bothers you. And she does mention it in her listing. We also would have liked more pillows but it wasn't an issue, it just would have been nice. All in all we had a great stay!

our stay on Wesley Street at Dan's house was everything we needed. we seek out this residence whenever coming to Buffalo. it's close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and other amenities. the North Park neighborhoods are beautiful to walk in!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience! The host was extremely responsive & answered any questions we had with ease and in a timely manner. The apartment was spotless, exactly as pictured, and had all the amenities that were listed—nothing was missing. Apartment is updated and well cared for. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy communication was. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience!

It is my family's first time in Niagara Falls and even though we stayed only overnight, they very much enjoyed the stay. John's place will be our go-to place when we plan to visit Niagara Falls again.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Michelle’s place. The home has such authentic charm—it felt like stepping back in time. We truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail in the décor. It was also incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Elmwood Village. Paul was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable

Very comfortable bed, my hubby and I had a great sleep. The space was very clean and the house was spacious. They were very accommodating hosts, even when I misunderstood check in, lol. Would book again!

We had an excellent stay! The house was clean, lovely, great location, felt like home. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was easy to get to and easy to access and navigate the home. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was amazing for visiting Canada and Niagara Falls. We were even able to see the beautiful pink moon right from the hot tub in the back yard. Highly recommend.

Great service

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

Super spacious former duplex that had tons of room for our group. Really comfy and plenty of street parking.

Great locations to Falls and shopping. Very clean and spacious house with nice warm decorations. Florin is so easy and very effective to communicate. We all enjoy our stay in the such beautiful house! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our family visit to Buffalo, Jon's home is located in a great area for taking strolls around the neighborhood, and close to some really fantastic restaurants. The home itself was ample space, and for anyone who loves the charm of an old home, this had it in spades. It was really lovely, clean, and had all the amenities a family with a baby could need. We would definitely recommend checking out Jon's place.

It Was exactly as described. We had such a great stay at Shea's. She thought of all things we could have needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and it was a reasonable price

Maria was very good at communicating and helpful. We stayed on the top level of the building which has some funky angles and some steep stairs for someone who is over 6'3 but the place was cute and well organized for the space provided. Heating provided in all rooms as it was chilly during our stay -16 one of the nights. Everything worked as it should versus some of the places we have stayed in the past.

Mary is an excellent host we was blown away with the hospitality the beautiful condo we stayed in. Everything was clean neat and inorder no clutter. Mary left me a welcome card she made my stay feel so enjoyable we relaxed the entire weekend. I would love to come back and stay at Mary Airbnb condo again. The pictures don't do it justice. Very cute and cleverly decorated. Little extras in the kitchen and bathroom showed care. Super clean, too. You can tell Maurizio takes pride in providing a classy experience. We'd definitely stay here again.
