Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Enjoyed our stay at this house just outside of Black Mountain for the weekend. In a quiet spot with amazing views from porch that is only a short drive from the town and other spots. The house itself was in pristine condition when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Would highly recommend for a mountain getaway!

We spent 2 days in the Charming Farmhouse…which was not NEARLY enough! There is so much to do! We had the kids up until 10 pm both nights and STILL didn’t have time to do more than 50% of what we had planned or would have liked to do. The kids had planned on going to the fire and pool and the adults were looking forward to the hot tub…unfortunately, we just ran out of time..so we are going to come back next year for a whole week! We were able to get discounted Dollywood tickets (Yay!) and we took advantage of the free breakfast at Reagan’s both mornings ) it did Not disappoint). The kids loved their room and the “secret” nook…The place had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. 5 queen beds (3 in the same room)…and a king bed…everyone had their own big bed! The back entrance opens to a quiet area with vending machines and there is a private porch with rocking chairs out the two front doors!we ..as the kids say “best day ever”! Thank you! (Randi was awesome!)

Our group of 10 had a great time at Eric’s place for my 50th birthday weekend trip. Lots of space to hang out and play games, pool & hot tub were a plus. The popcorn machine an extra plus!! There is plenty to do nearby Hendersonville and Asheville! Would return and highly recommend. Beds are very comfortable and house was clean. Eric was responsive and helpful.

We had a great time on our Spring Break. Tons of space and a great layout. Our kids loved the game room, and the dog loved the fenced in backyard. The hot tub was lovely as well. Super clean and a very responsive host. No complaints!

Great stay. My party of 7 found all the listed amenities available. The pool was closed, but they mention so on the listing. The hot tub was fine, but suffered from heating issues during the stay. We took to preheating the water by leaving it on for an hour or so before actually getting in, as otherwise it would hover a little below room temperature. There are so very many games there, nearly all of which come equipped with the necessary pieces to immediately play. They were very quick to respond as well. The trash cans were left half full from the previous guests, who had left the day before. This didnt allow us to fully empty our trash cans, but that was the only thing left noticeably unfinished. Also, although the downstairs master is beautiful, it does suffer from low wifi quality as well as jacuzzi heating issues. Finally, the internet isn't the best but is definitely doable. Only one reported outage, which happened for about an hour around 3 am one day so not too bad. 5/5

It was a wonderful stay. The hot tub was plenty big enough, and the home was very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was exactly like the pictures showed, and very clean. We also love being able to park at the condo and walk everywhere. It's right around the corner from everything, but felt peaceful and quiet at the same time.

The place is exactly as the listing describes, and pictures are spot on. It is a few minutes from downtown and very close to the Smokey’s. This was a day of booking for me, for an impromptu hiking trip in the Smokey’s. It was a quiet cozy home, and the views were incredible. I could have stayed just for the sunrise view. Chris was very responsive and friendly. All around 5 star stay.

My husband and I were here on spring break, with our 2 boys and I have to say this was one of the best places we've stayed in while in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room for our boys to play, and the condo was nice and clean. The mountain views were amazing. The Owners were nice and super responsive. Our boys love the pool, I love that we didn’t have to drive more than maybe 20 minutes or less to get to everything we were looking for. We are looking forward to booking again.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

We only took the car out to drive through the mountains and to ride to Pigeon Forge. It was great not having to find a parking spot in such a busy area. This condo was perfect for the two of us even though there was a sleeper sofa for a third person if needed. This condo was very clean and an easy walk to main street Gatlinburg even for us senior citizens ☺️. We had a great time and would highly recommend this one! We hope to come back.

The place was in a beautiful complex with lots of amenities and gorgeous views. The unit itself was a bit dated inside and could use some upgrades but was comfortable and did the job. The bed was very hard and the pillows were too flat for our liking. Overall we were happy with the place and felt we got our money’s worth. Although we did not enjoy the pressure we got at the front desk to sit through a 2 hour presentation for their timeshares. I was firm and said no but had to do so over and over to get them to back off. Having been on the road over 13 hours that day, I just wanted my room key and not be pressured into that. I will leave it with the view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking!
