Spacious lower level Airbnb! READ SUMMARY!

Hello everyone! I’m not going to try to convince you to stay at this Airbnb but instead address the issues that guests have complained about in reviews. This listing is priced accurately and cheap because there isn’t much besides 2 king beds, bathroom, washer/dryer. There is a bit of noise from upstairs when people walk around but usually no later than 11 PM. Please keep in mind when reviewing that you’re not paying very much to stay here. If you’re going to complain, please stay elsewhere.

Welcome to Mountain View Mini Farm! We are located in the Rockfish Valley(Afton, VA)with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our farm is just minutes to wineries, breweries, cideries, Shenandoah National Park and more! There is so much to do close by, but once you get on the farm, you won't want to leave! We are also 30 minutes from the University of Virginia campus. It’s just over the mountain on Interstate 64.

The Stable

Our guesthouse is located in the historic Tree Streets Neighborhood of Waynesboro, VA, an official Appalachian Trail town, located at the southern end of the Shenandoah National Park. We've aptly named the guesthouse "The Stable" because it was originally built and functioned as a stable. It has since been converted into a cozy cottage for guests.
