The beach access is a 2 minute walk from the house, and everything you need for fun is provided. We've got chairs, boogie boards, sand buckets, sun shade and a cart to haul it with.

This brand new tiny house (Mini Mahalo) completed in 2023 has amazing ocean views from the semi-oceanfront lot. Just steps to the beach with a great outdoor shower and hot tub. The bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and great ocean views. The kitchenette has a microwave, breville countertop oven, dishwasher, blender, small drip coffee maker and a kitchen sink. There is an outdoor propane grill underneath the house.

Unwind at this unique and peaceful surf retreat in Rodanthe, home to some of the best waves on the East Coast. Designed for surfers and kiteboarders, this cozy tiny house is just a 4-minute walk (or 30-second bike ride) to the beach through a beautiful marsh.
