This is lovely family home in lovely Dutch country village, Broek in Waterland, just a short drive or bus connection from Amsterdam. The house was under partial renovation (which the owners warned me for) when I was there for ten days this summer, but the fully-equipped kitchen, the spacious living room, and the amazing view from the garden on water and fields really made the stay very enjoyable. My friends loved the art, the books and general vibe of the house. Maartje and Maarten were excellent and very relaxed hosts who showed me around the house before they left on vacation. Oh and private parking is also a plus. Highly recommended.

Un alojamiento ideal para familia con niños. Espacioso, tranquilo, com parquing enfrente de la casa, y cerca de Ámsterdam.

Jörg and Hanne were really respectful and helpful hosts. Location is really close to Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans. Area is really peaceful and nice. The only thing I would like to point out is that stairs to upper floor are a bit more narrow and if you travel with kids or older person you should be more careful. Our overall experience was really positive. The house has a lot of space and the garden is a highlight of this rental. All the best :)

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! Wunderschön gelegen im Grünen, super gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – richtig schnuckelig. Ich hätte sofort einziehen können! Besonders das moderne Badezimmer mit der tollen Badewanne ist ein Highlight. Auch praktische Dinge wie die Waschmaschine sind stilvoll und unauffällig integriert. Alles in allem ein rundum wunderschönes Zuhause auf Zeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🥰

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Broek in Waterland. Super accueil de Sjoerd très réactif, chaleureux et instructions très claires. Logement très bien situé à 5 minutes de la station de bus qui dessert le centre d'Amsterdam. Maison très propre et très charmante qui coche toutes les cases pour se ressourcer : située dans un village plein de charme, à proximité de la nature tout comme du centre Amsterdam. Je recommande vivement et nous aurions beaucoup de plaisir à y retourner. Un gros coup de cœur pour les villages du Waterland 😍

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Claudia, le logement est très spacieux et conforme aux photos (voir mieux !). Claudia est très réactive et vraiment agréable, elle nous a accueillis à l'arrivée et nous avons pu partir plus tard que l'heure annoncée sur Airbnb. Le quartier est lui aussi très agréable, calme et facile d'accès en transport, à environ 25 minutes du centre.

INCREDIBLE PLACE. We felt like we landed in heaven when we arrived at Mirjam’s place. Broek in Waterland is absolutely adorable, a very cute pizzeria next door and a shop two minutes away with all the basics. Mirjam was on hand with any questions and incredibly helpful during our stay. Their house is absolutely stunning, one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Bike hire in the village over the bridge is great and very reasonably priced and I think getting bikes is definitely a good idea. There is a boat hire place a 20 min bike ride away which is lovely ( great coffee). Highly recommend

La casa è in una posizione centrale e tutte le zone di maggior interesse a volendam sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. la casa corrisponde alle foto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Not enough stars for Debbie, an AMAZING host of her beautiful apartment. Great location only steps away from tram and trains with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery nearby. Quiet, safe neighborhood and nice refuge from crowded tourist areas (minutes away via public transport) Debbie went over and above with communication, guidance and recommendations including arranging taxi pickup from airport. I was late to request feather free bedding (allergy) but she made sure to provide it without issue. Additionally, the mattress and bedding divine! You will not be disappointed here

The De Pjip neighborhood is so cool and this rental is near many of the best spots: the Albert Cuyp market, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, so many restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable. Having a washer AND A DRYER! was fantastic! We loved having Alexa play whatever we requested while we relaxed after busy days of being a tourist. We would love to come back to this rental!

We had a delightful 5 night stay at Diana's home. First, the apartment: It was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would find in your own home (even a hairdryer!). The photos are accurate although they don't show how large the living room actually is and so that was a nice surprise. The kitchen was great with a large refrigerator/freezer and had gas cooking. Loved the shower for its' ample water pressure and spacious layout. The bed was very comfortable. The in unit washer and dryer were easy to operate. Ideally located: Around the corner from the subway and a couple of blocks from the tram. From Amsterdam airport the apartment is just a few stops south (3 or 4) on the M52 subway. We bought a multi-day unlimited GVB pass for the subway & trams. Super easy to buy online and use. Diana's place is in a very walkable area by the open air market, restaurants and museums. You must try the truffle pizza @ L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele around the corner. Book and Enjoy!!

Such a great find! The neighborhood is so quiet and walkable with great finds right around the corner. Super close to the metro. Arild was extremely accommodating, flexible and responsive. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay! The kitchen was stocked well with appliances, pans and there was even an air fryer. The beds were so comfortable! Great place overall would definitely recommend.

It was an incredible stay, dead center between Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Zuid stations. 5ish minute walk from Tram and Metro, beautiful canal views, and the restaurant Red next door is incredibly good. Can’t recommend it enough.

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

Amazing stay, gorgeous location on a quiet street. Walkable area with great cafe’s, restaurants, canals. Close to public transport to get anywhere in town. Jan-Bas was helpful and responsive during our stay.

The location was excellent, in a quiet, upmarket residential area only a short tram ride from the centre. The apartment was spacious, light and airy with super comfy beds! The entry stairs were quite steep but with handrails on either side we didn't have any problems. Joze was an excellent communicator, very quick to respond to any of my questions, she was super helpful. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this apartment.

This is exactly what we were looking for! This is the perfect location for those that want to be near the action but also not directly in the center. We stayed 6 nights for our first trip to Amsterdam. We ended up being here for Kings Day, which was not planned at all, but WOW such an experience. Brian was such a responsive host, who was able to provide local recommendations and was flexible with our check out. This place is so close to so much to do. It took a bit to become familiar with the transit systems as we do not have this in North Carolina but once we got the hang of it, we went everywhere. I would absolutely stay at this Airbnb again. Thank you Brian, for making our first trip to Holland the best.

Peter was very friendly and responsive. The place has a very nice backyard, and the appartment is surrounded with many shops and coffees. The location is so good, there’s no need for any transportation, you can walk everywhere. Thanks to Peter for hosting us in this lovely apartment.

Spent a few days there. Very cute apartment and the host Ewout is super friendly and helpful. He responded to all my text messages and provided tips and suggestions for the area. The apartment is as described - it is a third floor walk up. The steps are narrow and steep so keep your luggage to a minimum. There are great shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this listing.
