We loved this cabin! Everything was updated but felt cozy and has an authentic Adirondack feel. The hot tub was a hit after long ski days and the beds were very comfortable. Stacy is a great host and this is an awesome home!

We absolutely loved this log cabin! It’s a cozy, small cabin but was perfect for just my partner and I (plus our boxer dog). Check in was a breeze and everything was super clean upon arrival. The properly is extremely private and there are semi cleared hiking trails nearby (my dog absolutely loved it here- just be sure to brush/wipe pups down after your walk in the woods). The king bed was ridiculously comfortable and we had amazing sleep in the cabin. The jacuzzi hot tub was a wonderful addition and I was so glad to try it after a day of hiking and sightseeing. It’s a short drive to Main Street / Mirror Lake to visit shops, restaurants. We arrived in April and some of the local establishments were not yet open for the season, but still we had a lot of options for eating meals out. The host was super responsive to my messages and we appreciated all of the cabin’s thoughtful touches. We would love to return again soon. Thank you!!

We appreciated how pet friendly this place was! Fenced in yard. Blankets to cover the furniture to allow dogs on them. Close enough to many different ski mountains. Perfect to come home to the wood stove and hot tub.

This cabin is outstanding. Packs an absolute ton into a smallish space and great for the price. The entire area is super cool and the hot tub, fire pit, and lap pool (all of which we used) are just perfect for this type of stay. We were there for end of season skiing, but this is easily a place you could use at any time of the year. It's a stone's throw from Sugarbush, so the location is excellent. Colin and Jordan are congenial and terrific hosts. There are also little details that really stand out, such as the shoe/boot cleaner outside the door and the clothing rack in the bedroom. My son and the kids of our friends who were there had to be dragged out of the lap pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub and a made use of the fire pit with a guitar jam. Highly, highly recommend!

Such a quaint beautiful home! We absolutely loved the decor, the layout, hot tub, there was little special touches everywhere. It was easy to find and close enough to everything. Highly recommend to other guests and would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Highly Recommend! Very friendly and excellent hosts, the cabin was immaculately clean and instructions were easy to follow, checkout was a breeze. Rental was quite private too. Overall 10 out of 10 would definitely rent the cabin again.

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. We had an amazing stay at Ashleigh's cabin! The cabin was absolutely perfect — cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and made the experience even more special. Ashleigh was super responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!

A beautiful private getaway in the woods. We loved it! The wood stove was so cozy! I enjoyed being unplugged in the house for the weekend.

We had an awesome getaway at Kevin and Lesley’s cabin! This was our last little getaway before we get married this fall and it was the perfect unplugged retreat to feel connected going into the stressful time before the wedding. The cabin is cozy, the bathroom is adequate and sort of surprisingly not as buggy as it could have been, and the porch was my favorite spot to feel connected to nature. Kevin was very communicative and the instructions in the cabin were very clear. Luce’s lookout was amazing at the top and a really great recommendation by our hosts. We would definitely go back!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Owl's Head Cabin for a long weekend skiing at Jay. The cabin is small and cozy, very warm, and the right size for two people for a weekend. In addition to the main bed, there's a loft with a sleeping area, but you'd have to be very small to get into it and enjoy it; I'd guess the cabin would be a bit small for a couple with children but maybe if you're out all day it'd be okay. Cooking appliances worked well. The one note of caution is that you have to drive on a somewhat rough, uphill dirt road for at least 3 or 4 miles to reach the cabin. We fortunately did not have to drive during a time when there was actively snow falling on the road, but the 2wd sedan we rented definitely would not have made it in those conditions; it was a little harrowing even with just the slush and ruts left after plowing. So be careful if your trip coincides with nastier weather! Jason was very communicative and left clear instructions. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

This rental was lovely and welcoming. It was well appointed and easy to be at home. I appreciated the art on the walls. It was very cold when we visited and flannel sheets on the bed made it very comfortable. We look forward to staying again during mountain bike season.

Ian’s place was a dream. Such a beautiful spot and cozy cabin. I mean, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view. We even saw an otter out on the shore! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Any nature lover’s dream plus close enough to the city to go see and do. I would 100% stay here again.

We had another great year, our 4th, at Emily's cabin! As always, it was clean and well maintained. You would never know that so many people and dogs have enjoyed this place. It was spotless. Also, the kitchen and the toiletries were well stocked and Emily would check in to see if there was anything we needed. We spent the week exploring Vermont. We made a couple trips to hike with our dug, Ruby, at dog mountain. Made a trip to purchase enough maple syrup to last all family members for the year. And took a scenic drive to Moose Bog Trail where we sadly saw no moose. Ruby enjoyed romping with Darla. She would watch up the driveway until Darla came down to play. Darla is so sweet and the two of them loved playing keep away with sticks. Our advice is to get some farm fresh eggs from a stand in Ryegate, a loaf of fresh cinnamon raisin bread from the truck stop/bakery and make some french toast with Vermont maple syrup on top. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The home is even more beautiful than in the photos. We found it to be very spacious, clean, cozy and close to everything we needed. Hosts were a pleasure and communicative. Will absolutely be coming back.

Barbie's cabin was the perfect mix of comfort and isolation. Everyone in my group was able to relax and unplug, and the little river behind the cabin was a nice surprise! We had no problem with the hot water or the gas furnace, and the cabin was nice and warm our entire stay. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to unplug up in the mountains!

What a beautiful, quiet and relaxing space! The cabin was cozy and romantic. Also, it was amazing to see so many stars at night! It was a fun adventure around the Adirondacks. There was plenty to do and see. Randi and Liz had great communication and were lovely host. Thank You! ❤️

Great place for a rustic but comfortable stay. Everything was as described, stream behind the house allowed for lovely background nature noise the whole trip, but could close windows if you didn’t want it. Easy in and out, well stocked with the basics. Would rent again!

We reserved this cabin on Air B&B for our thirty year old kids for a get away. They arrived and were shocked at how great the place looked. They found groceries and a restaurant so they were in paradise.

Super underrated place! Gorgeous property and the cabin is very comfortable. Has more than what you would need and the host was so nice! Perfect place to relax and adventure from!

We had a great time! This is the place to go if you’re looking for some secluded quiet time to relax. We enjoyed walking every day and relaxing by the wood stove at night. The kitchen had all the amenities needed for us to make meals at the cabin. We hope to go back in the warmer weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities that the area has to offer. All around amazing stay and experience!

Great place to stay for a single person or a couple seeking a quiet setting, walks in the woods, or skiing at Stowe. No other houses in sight. Excellent value for money. Some details we loved: The lighted address sign, so when arriving after a long trip at night we knew we were in the right place. The wood stove was easy to use and the radiant heat was great after a winter day outdoors. The cabin is cozy, but that is not a euphemism for claustrophobic: it has lots of windows, two skylights, and plenty of space. Very communicative and hospitable host, Stephanie. We only dealt with her remotely, but she has a caretaker nearby. She made us feel welcome and was alway there to help. Our stay had more of a personal, than a corporate feel, which we appreciated. We were glad we had 4-wheel drive and snow tires. . guests should be sure to have one of those and, ideally, both, especially when snow is expected, as Stephanie will tell you. We would be happy to return to this home away from home.
