Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing enthusiasts you are; 15min to App Ski Area 30min to Sugar Mountain 45min to Beech Mountain

Floor to ceiling glass doors on two sides allowing full view of river and creek. Huge deck with tables and chairs which includes grill and gas fire pit. PETS welcome.
