Our spot is just over a mile from exit 8 on route 89 and Montpelier, food, shopping and exploring. 5 minutes to Norwich University. Centrally located between Stowe and Sugarbush/Mad river ski areas. The area boasts a pretty nice food and local beer selection MARCH IS THE BEST SKI MONTH, TRUST ME! Ski, bike and outdoor shops. Local hiking, biking, skiing and swimming holes. Central Vermont is home to many seasonal events and festivals year round too. Really a great year round getaway.

Hiking and mountain biking are minutes away at Cady Hill and Sterling Valley trailheads. The property has a waterfall to explore and access to Tamarack trail for hiking and biking directly from the front door. Inside you'll find a full kitchen, a queen bed and comfortable seating to unwind after an active day in the mountains.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

We are located just one mile from Stowe's village. Park in our newly paved parking spot right beside the entryway, go down 2 steps and you are in, and everything inside is step-free.
