This was a beautiful, clean, and amazing place to stay. Gordon and LuAnn were proactive in contacting me with check-in details. The beds were comfortable, and the surrounding views were very pretty.

Perfect location, size of space, and amenities. We came to visit Zion and Cindy's place was perfect to rest after long days of exploring. The jetted tub was especially appreciated after 5 hours of the Narrows. Cindy communicated really well, everything was clean, and it was much better than staying in a hotel room.

Jim and Deborah’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Zion National Park. An easy 30-40 minutes drive to the gates of the park. The place is very spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen which had everything we needed. The spa was a great treat after a tiring day hiking and had stunning views.

We enjoyed our stay here for a few days when we visited Zion! it's about 50 minutes drive to the main entrance to Zion, and only about 10-15 minutes to the Kolob Canyon entrance. very nice place! very spacious and clean, plenty of room for a family with kids and desk areas for working. nice hot tub outside with nice views. not far from Cedar City with a Walmart and shops, etc.

We booked this on short notice. Joel was great to deal with. The place was stocked with lots of toys for the kids and had lots of bedding for the cold nights. Would highly recommend.

Great spot around 40 minutes away from Zion National Park. It's a fully private guest suite with a separate door and bathroom and is a great base to explore the area.

I had a wonderful three-night stay in the incredibly clean, quiet and private studio. It was themed beautifully for the Zion area, and the vaulted ceilings made it feel open and roomy. The other reviews about the shower are absolutely on the money! I didn’t want to get out:) The bed was also REALLY comfy. The only thing I needed and didn’t have at the beginning of the stay was an ice tray for making ice for my water bottles every day. The hosts provided that and made the ice for me within a few hours of my asking. Very responsive!! I would definitely stay here again!

The place was as shown in the pictures. It was a short drive to Zion National Park and allowed us to avoid the crowds in a much more affordable place to stay. It was clean. We appreciated how things were labeled and organized throughout the space. The grocery store was very close and the neighborhood was pretty quiet.

Zion’s Hilltop Hideaway was top notch. The care and love Glenn and April have put into this space is apparent as soon as you walk through the gate from a personalized welcome sign and basket, signs about the different hummingbirds you will see frequent the yard, to breakfast waffle mix! My husband and I felt like we were in a 4 star hotel with the treatment. The porch is so peaceful with the waterfall and the perfect place for a nap. The jacuzzi is wonderful after a long day of hiking/driving. I get up early to run and the neighborhood was great! 2 blocks from a nature trail and bike path, but even the roads were super safe. Both Glenn and April were very kind. I really could not recommend this place more. We hope to return next year. Many thanks to Glenn and April for sharing their space with us.

Everything was extremely organized and thoughtful from the detailed directions to the little conveniences you wouldn’t expect to find in an AirBnB. The unit was impeccably clean and everything was in working order. We only stayed a very brief one night between stretches of tent camping at National Parks across the southwest, but if I could do it again, we would take an extra day to relax and check things out around the farm and Hurricane!

Beautiful airbnb!! We absolutely loved our time here and wished we had stayed longer. Everything was super clean! The airbnb itself was equipped with so much. Loved the extra touches of items in the kitchen (coffee, flavors, popcorn). We had a great stay and would certainly come back!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The place was cozy and clean. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom and shower. The fireplace was a nice touch.

Perfect location for Zion National Park. We loved eating breakfast at the terrace. Angelea offered a free parking lot in Springdale from where you can take the free shuttle bus.

While the unit may have been attached to a house, it felt incredibly secluded. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The place was cozy and clean. The drive to Zion was gorgeous and the local coffee shop our host recommended was fantastic. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to everyone!

This casita is clean, quiet location and has a comfortable mattress. Staci was professional with instructions for self check-in. Good small kitchen with pots and pans, toaster, big fridge. Tip: bring tea bags if needed, but coffee pots are supplied. Nice to walk along the fences to see the animals. Parking is along their home under a car port, then 4 steps down to the attached casita with a narrow patio behind a tall privacy fence. Good accommodation for a base to explore during the day. We would return if we'd be in Hurricane again 😊

We had the best weekend at April’s home. The casita is beautiful, clean and spacious. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and we had dinner outside both nights. We loved using the grill. The swimming pool was exactly what we were hoping for and views were incredible. We love going to snow canyon so it was perfect to be so close! We plan to come back in the very near future. April and her husband were so kind and hospitable. It was exactly what we needed for a wonderful, relaxing and fun weekend away! Thank you so much!!

Had a great time staying at Rhonda’s! Just a short morning drive from Zion National Park, and this home was the most comfortable place to recharge after a couple long days hiking.

The apartment was cozy and nicely decorated, and the room itself was very comfortable. The kitchen was also well-equipped, which made the stay even more convenient. However, I did encounter a small issue during check-in. I mistakenly opened the upstairs unit, not realizing that my actual booking was for the downstairs one. This made me realize that the entry codes for both units were the same. While it was my mistake at first, it raised some safety concerns — it felt a bit like staying in a hotel where someone else’s key card could open your room. I hope the host can consider setting different codes for each unit in the future to ensure better security for all guests.

Perfect stay for our first time visiting Zion national park, although we had an incident with our vehicle, the place itself was perfect and didn’t ruin our trip. Utah is beautiful and we will be back in the future
