Linzi's place was spacious, clean, and conveniently walkable to all of the local attractions! Great for my family and I!

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. Great location. Nothing we needed was more than 15-30 minutes away even though some destinations were in other towns. Condo was clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This apartment is a beautifully curated space equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable extended stay. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making it perfect for work trips. I would definitely stay again!

Christy’s place was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was located close to Johnson City Medical Center, where we were visiting a family member, which made it very convenient. We found it very clean and well furnished for our stay. It had plenty of room for two adults. We would definitely stay here again if I could give it more than five stars I would.

Tara’s place was just what my family and I needed. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely house. Also one of us thought she left a pair of glasses and Tara was very helpful confirming that she did, and agreed to mail them promptly, so helpful! If we stay in Johnson City again we’ll definitely choose Tara’s cute cottage again.

Great hosts, flawless reservation process start to finish. Pristine, tastefully decorated remodel. It's obvious no expense was spared in the upgrades. Comfortable little home away from home with a fully stocked kitchen, quality bedding and towels. Absolutely spotless top to bottom. Loved it!

I can’t thank Tiffany and Don enough! They were so attentive to our needs, let us check in early knowing we were driving over 13 hours and checking in with us as we traveled. The house was beautiful and rules were printed and laminated and in clear view. There was a binder full of information, including family history, restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area. We were there for a short but amazing visit with family and their home had all the things needed. Should we decide to ever go back I would look them up again!!

Our stay was great, exactly what we needed for our short visit to Johnson City! Close to the NASCAR track and my picky son even thought the sofa bed was great. Would stay again if we're ever back in the area. Host was very responsive!

Very pleased with all the amenities. The home was spotless, clean all way around. We felt right at home and safe. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Instructions left for us clear and so easy to follow. We hope to come back next year at the same time.

A group of us stayed here from out of town to participate in a celebration of life for our friend HalieAnn Rex who was struck by a car in JC. Staying here was absolutely perfect for us - our group got to have a space together to work through or grief and have communal time. Hot tub was a huge plus. Loved the windows and the view. Sitting on the screened porch and watching birds - with a provider guide on birds of the area. (Chefs kiss) The bulletin board had recommendations for restaurants and things to do so we heeded those and are glad we did. Thank you for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Barndominium! We've stayed at many Airbnbs throughout the country, and this is now one of our top five! The property looks exactly like it does in the photos, but the photos cannot relay the genuine sense of warmth, comfort, and quality we felt the minute we entered. The furniture and decor were so well done, comfortable and beautiful at the same time, and the kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you could want or need. Everything about this place is impressive, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

My family and I stayed at the beautiful historic home at 131 South Pickens Bridge Road in Johnson City, TN, over Thanksgiving break, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house, built in the 1800s, is full of character and charm, offering a unique blend of history and comfort. The home was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our holiday gathering. The rustic details, such as original woodwork and antique touches, made the atmosphere cozy and inviting. We loved gathering in the game room and sharing old stories. The outdoor space was equally charming, offering peaceful views and plenty of room for the kids to play. Despite being an older home, it was clean, well-maintained. Property is near a commercial area, but still felt secluded and quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday. We’re grateful for the special memories we made here and would highly recommend this historic gem to anyone looking for a unique and cozy getaway.

Impeccable condo beautifully decorated. The views of the Blue Ridge mountains were breathtaking even during this time of the year that everything is dry.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. Our stay at Stephanie’s place, Bear’s Den, was wonderful!! It was beautiful, very clean, and so peaceful. Being in a gated community gave us that extra sense of security. Stephanie was a great host and there were many nice extras. A lint roller, walking sticks, and a picnic basket to name a few. The bed was comfortable and we felt at home in the cozy space. Extra blankets, an easy to use fireplace, and provided coffee were so nice on the chilly mornings. We enjoyed the views of the sunrise and the colors of the evening skies during our stay. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in the Bristol area. Close to the racetrack and other areas of interest. Easy to navigate and get to things around Bristol. Rita was great and very responsive. She made the whole stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!!
