We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. There were ample beds and they were all super comfortable. It’s rare to sleep really well away from home but we did. Amenities as described and more. Jim was responsive and met us at the house to show us in and around. Parking is on the street and can get crowded but we always found a spot. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds. There are lots of healthy looking plants in the house which kept the air fresh and gave it a nice homey feel. We appreciated that dogs were accepted and we bought our dog along. Jim even had bowls, a dog bed and treats! We would stay again.

Several stays with Raymond but first time in this unit. All units in this bldg are nice and this one was the most efficient with the advantage of the big windows giving southern exposure. Clean tidy and convenient would stay again.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet location. We had a great stay while visiting CMU. We were able to walk to campus and to stores and restaurants from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this area.

We enjoyed at our stay at Rebecca’s place. There was a parking space just steps away from the front door. The unit was laid out very well and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Though we were on a busy street, overall, it was quiet. I liked the convenience of the location and the ease of getting in/out of the unit. I would stay here again.

This place is becoming our new home away from home to visit our adult children in Pittsburgh. Always clean and very convenient location. This is always the first place we check for availability now when we are going to Pittsburgh. Very responsive hosts before, during and after our stays if we have any needs or questions!

Rick was so incredible. He had the sweetest welcome, clear instructions, and just above and beyond. I can’t recommend this space enough! Cute off the main path place but a walkable distance to very cute bars and restaurants which made it perfect balance for my family. This place is immaculate! When I come back to Pittsburgh this is going to be my place!!

Chad is very responsive and his place is pristine, modern, exactly as pictured and well appointed with loads of amenities. Great location in Lawrenceville with lots of nearby (walkable) restaurants, bars and shops.

Charming townhome with lots of parking and cute shops and restaurants just two blocks away. About 5 min drive away is another whole neighborhood with awesome coffee shops/bookstore, many more restaurants, games store and more. Really enjoyed my visit. George is super responsive and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we got in ok. * HomePods are a lovely tough to play music throughout. * House was clean and easy to find. Parking is simple; there’s always a spot on the street in front of the unit. * The house is chilly but lots of throws throughout helped. Heat is super responsive and warms up the place quickly. * Kitchen is fairly well appointed * Beds are comfy and the feather comforters are quite warm - perfect for keeping the heat lower.

Nice to have two separate spaces, especially in the morning as people got up. Plenty of gathering space for larger groups in the kitchen and living rooms as well.

We had a great stay. Access to all spots in Pittsburgh was easy by car. Quiet neighborhood with very easy street parking. The 1930’s era house oozed charming details. One of the most memorable properties my husband and I have stayed at. Overall a great find and would gladly book again when visiting the area.
