Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

A lovely cabin next to a lake. Open plan layout felt like you had lots of space even when 6 people staying together. Hot tub was amazing and such a great addition. Comfy beds and every room having a en-suite was an added bonus. Would stay again!

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

We stayed at Emily's place for our 10 year anniversary. It was absolutely magical. The cabin is in beautiful surroundings and very peaceful... just what we wanted. There is lots to do in surrounding areas but we made the most out of the wild pool, sauna and BBQ area. We woke up to the sound of wildlife. Sitting on the decking, with our morning coffee, surrounded by animals and greenery was absolute BLISS. We will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family!

We had the most relaxing couple of days here. we stayed In pod 3 & it was just as described, spotlessly clean, couldn’t ask for much more. The photos showed a nice egg chair on the decking which we didn’t actually have but this didn’t but a dampener on anything. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back soon.

I recently enjoyed an outstanding stay at Kate and Frank's Airbnb with my wife and dog, arguably the best Airbnb experience we've had. The location is ideal, conveniently off the M40 and on the edge of the Cotswolds, offering plenty to explore nearby. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by their friendly farm dog, Fred, a big fluffy bear of a dog who quickly became friends with our dog. Kate made sure we had everything we needed and then gave us space, although she was available if needed. The accommodations exceeded our expectations; spacious, well-maintained, and featuring a must-have hot tub. The thoughtful extras elevated our stay, they included a variety of snacks and drinks; beer, Prosecco, local bread, eggs, and baked goods, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with essentials. Plenty of towels, bathrobes and flip flops were provided for the hot tub. Although there was no Wi-Fi, our phone signal sufficed (o2) and there was a Sky+ box provided. We hope to return again

What a great find if your in Banbury, and what a fantastic host Kate was. Nothing was too much. The cabin was so homely and mattress was heavenly slept a solid 10 hours. Hot tub was glorious. I feel so great after a relaxing few days.

Loved our little cabin for the weekend! It was perfect for our girls weekend, we went for food at the Durham Ox a short walk up the road and we got 10% off the food for staying at Sarah’s :) Would love to come back!

Stayed for one night with my elderly mother as we were attending a concert at BP Pulse Live (next to the NEC). Host was very helpful with advice about getting to the arena (an easy 15 minute walk). Questions were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. Property was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend especially if using the NEC.

Absolutely stunning little cabin, which was absolutely perfect for my partner and I. We was looking for the ideal, quiet retreat for a couple of days to get away from all the noise and hussle of our every days lives. And the Spartans Retreat was exactly what we hoped to find. The hosts, Belinda and John were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property itself is set in the most peaceful and beautiful little private coppice on a worling farm, although you'd not think so, as it was so quiet all the time. The surrounding villages are beautiful and its not so far from Stratford upon Avon, where there is so much to do. We could not of found a better place or location, we will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Avon Lodge! The lodge was in an amazing location, the open space outside the lodge was perfect for walking our dogs before heading out for the day! And what a lovely view to sit and have breakfast too. Lovely local pubs, we had a fab meal at The Bell Inn, great pub food! Lots of nice walks on your doorstep too. Would definitely recommend as the lodge was spotless and beautifully furnished. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living areas were nicely decorated. We felt right at home! We’ll definitely stay here again.

I left a positive review because Lisa was very apologetic about having to cancel due to a plumbing issue on the day of arrival. These things happen! Lisa issued prompt full refund and communication was clearly and friendly. I hope to stay at Lisa’s place in the future :-)

Such a lovely location and the cabin is beautiful.

This is a fantastic base for exploring the Cotswolds. The enclosed garden and being able to let the dogs run in the paddock really made it for us. The cabin is cosy and comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. Location wise, it’s about 40 minutes walk into Willersey with two great pubs, and about an hour to Broadway. Badsey is about half an hour, with a local shop and the Wheatsheaf Inn (dog friendly). All in all a great place to stay with dogs.

I had a really great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely stay at Clare and Paul's holiday home over the Easter holidays. The caravan was comfortable, well equipped and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. Great location close to Stratford Upon Avon town centre, with restaurant and pub a short walk away. Would highly recommend if you are considering visiting Stratford.

Just returned from a lovely and relaxing break in Jason and Kerry’s lodge. Stayed with my friend and 4 children, we really appreciated the little extras of flowers chocolates and Prosecco and groceries. Jason was always responsive and helpful. The lodge was very comfy, well equipped, we loved sitting on the deck which has a fab seating area. We ate at the Riverside which is adjacent and very handy, we also used the water taxi, and ate in Carluccios (town) , the Crown (Tiddington) which were recommended and got a big thumbs up from everyone. The site was nice and peaceful, would definitely return thank you - Rachael O’Sullivan and Dawn Davies 😌

Had a great stay at this beautiful lodge. It is so homely and comfortable and comes fully equipped with everything you need. It is in the perfect location overlooking the peaceful and tranquil river and only a short distance into Stratford Upon Avon. Communication with the lovely host Irene was fantastic. Highly recommend to those looking to visit Stratford or if you just want some time away to unwind and relax.

Our stay in Lisa’s gorgeous barn was just perfect! The details of the barn were stunning and we felt very much at home. Upon arrival Lisa greeted us and surprised us with a lovely assortment of goodies and bubbly! Lisa is incredibly kind, helpful with recommendations and very friendly. The location is ideal for exploring lots of Cotswold villages (and we did just that!). We cant wait to return!

Great place to overnight whilst at a nearby music festival. The cabin was comfortable and had all we needed. Nick was helpful and kind and there was even a car space allocated. The gentle noise of the chickens as we ate breakfast outside was a bonus.
