The Missing Peace Chalet was exactly what we needed for a last minute weekend getaway. It rained a lot, which we knew beforehand and picked this Chalet so we could enjoy listening to the waterfall and enjoy being surrounded by nature during rainfall. Truly a place where you feel like you can pause the craziness of life for a moment. We will definitely be back when it’s not a rainy weekend so we can enjoy all the extras that Laura and Russell offer when staying within Innsbrook. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

This was our first time at Innsbrook and our three boys loved the freedom of playing outside. Jill’s place is far enough away from others that you feel completed private. The house has everything you need. We cannot wait to stay again. Oh and the string lights outside made me so happy!

This place was absolutely perfect for a weekend with our whole family! So much to do, tons of space, and pristine. Would absolutely come back again!

What a postcard! Picturesque location where the sounds of nature take over and the bustle of the word recedes. WONDERFULLY comfortable king bed in the master was so appreciated. Everything for which we’d hoped, plus gracious, helpful and attentive hosts made our quick stay a memorable one. (We’re now considering relocating- Innsbrook is magical!)

The hiding place is a cute, historic home with enough bedrooms for our family Thanksgiving/Christmas with 10 adults and 6 kids. We booked this place because it was the most affordable option with as many bedrooms as we needed, and it ended up being a great find! We loved our stay! It is an old home with old home charm and quirks (don't put a level on the floor), but bathrooms are updated and the house was CLEAN! I can tell Robyn continues updating, because a new stove was installed right before our visit. Being an older home, it is not open concept, so there was no one room that fit everyone at the same time. This was really only a concern when we did our Christmas gift exchange. Some people stood in the doorways. Between the breakfast room and the dining room, there was the perfect separation for a kids table and an adult table for meals. The basement was a nice open space for the kids to play! Very easy access to I-70, but far away enough that it is definitely residential.

As I celebrated my birthday, I sought a tranquil escape before the excitement of 6 Flags' Fear Fest. This Airbnb, nestled in a secluded yet accessible location, proved to be the perfect sanctuary. The opportunity to unwind by the firepit under the starry sky added a touch of magic to the experience. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even during a fire alarm incident that occurred while I was cooking. Their timely assistance allowed us to continue enjoying our stay without interruption. While the unfinished back porch was a minor inconvenience, it didn't impact our overall experience. The prime location and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal choice for a birthday getaway. The solitude and tranquility provided the perfect recharge before immersing ourselves in the thrilling adventures of 6 Flags. This Airbnb offers a serene escape for those seeking a quiet retreat. The host's responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction further enhance the overall experience.

The cabin was perfect for a nice weekend away! Plenty of space, a lovely fire pit, and we loved spending time at the lake nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lake cabin in Missouri, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning views and serene surroundings. The cabin itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the spacious living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. We enjoyed the private deck, which provided an incredible vantage point of the lake – perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The area is peaceful, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like fishing, kayaking, and hiking nearby. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway in Missouri, this lake cabin is the perfect spot. We can't wait to return!

Had a great stay for a girls’ weekend. Had so many amenities and more we weren’t expecting! Clean, cozy, cute and packed with fun for the whole family. We all want to bring our husbands and kids back sometime. Very pleasant host to work with as this was my first AirBNB, will be hard to beat!
