Amazing stay! Our host was super responsive and helpful. The location?! It doesn’t get any better honestly. Just close enough to reach EVERYTHING, but far enough to feel cozy and residential. The space it self had everything you’d need. Having a toddler. we especially loved the sound machine for nap and bedtime. 100% would stay again!!

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion and absolutely loved staying in Bruce's place for the weekend. The guest suite was so charming, comfortable, and very spacious for two people. The location was also perfect—easy walking distance to some of our favorite spots in downtown Decatur, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Bruce was also very friendly and communicative. We really hope to stay again in the future!

Beth has created a cozy and peaceful place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a trail nearby. I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and will be back.

The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

Everything was great at Elizabeth's place, and she was a super friendly host. We were very comfortable as a family of three with the kid on the pull out. Beautiful garden and chickens to spend time in was a great bonus.

Aiva is super friendly and responsive! I would love to come back and stay as it felt just like home. Very quiet and peaceful! I loved everything about the place! Thank you so much for everything Aiva!!

We enjoyed our stay here. My best friend and I wanted to spend a few days in Atlanta and this place was perfect. Close enough to both the city and other attractions in the surrounding areas. It was large enough so that we didn’t feel cramped, and had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of local stores and restaurants nearby. I’d recommend staying at Andrew’s listing and would stay again.

This place feels like home—cozy, well-stocked, clean and set in a quiet neighborhood. When they say “private,” they mean it: no cameras, no constant surveillance, which is a relief when traveling with kids. Don’t let any mention of noise turn you away—I didn’t hear a thing. Honestly, I was more worried they’d hear my loud kids, but there were no complaints. The family is friendly and welcoming. And the patio at sunset? Perfect. Wonderful, quaint place in a quiet area! Nicola and Peter have done a fantastic job and the apartment is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was pristine. The location is also very good- close by to the Marta station to head downtown and just not too far out from most things in general. Nicola and Peter were super friendly and responsive. Thank you so much for making my visit to Atlanta comfortable and convenient!! Absolutely worth it to have a nice place to rest and set up home base when you visit Atlanta.

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

Elizabeth’s place was a wonderful experience. It’s like a green oasis surrounded by trees tucked away in this busy area of town. The flat was equipped with everything as mentioned in the description. The check in was straight forward via door pin and the host was always friendly and responsive. Greatly recommended!

Relaxing ambience, a walkout semi- basement opened into our own lovely shaded patio. Inside was super clean, open floor plan and a lovely kitchen, all apt was decorated warmly and inviting. We enjoyed fresh eggs from the back yard ladies (of whom we heard next to nothing) and Darci had the fridge stocked with great breakfast starter items with full capability of cooking immediately, if one wanted to. It was a lovely, clean, quiet, comfortable stay! They were super helpful, friendly, and check in and out was super simple and uncomplicated. Great Wifi and hot showers! 20 min drive to Ponce City Market, Jimmy Carter Library etc. Recommended!

Cindi was very responsive and kind. We were in town for a funeral and she left us a very nice sympathy card. Stay was perfect for my family. Would stay again.

wonderful stay. the unit is a well lit basement unit that is fully and very nicely finished with a back patio/yard/parking space in a cozy neighborhood in North East Atlanta. I would happily stay there again.

This little gem was exactly as the pictures show. Well lit and marked, Lacy made it easy to check in even when we had to arrive late at night. The place is decorated so cleanly, we could have enjoyed staying there a long time. Her welcoming touches were really appreciated!

Henry & Ruthie are very accommodating. Their units are in a private gated area, easy instructions were given to use the gates. The area makes me feel safe coming home late after work. Very clean units and hosts are quick to respond when you need them.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - we came for our one year anniversary and we left extremely refreshed and energized. Place was immaculately clean, backyard was magical, enjoyed the movie room, bed was comfortable - couldn’t have asked for more!

I absolutely loved the place, it was beautiful, clean & better than expected. They even had some snacks provided in the kitchen. Ann was super helpful & responsive. I really enjoyed the place and would definitely recommend it to others.
