We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay for us (3 adults and 2 young children). A very comfortable stay with outstanding beds and lounge area. We loved the balcony offering a great extra space with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Great location close to amenities also.

The apartment was immaculate, great location in the middle of hamilton. Had everything we needed as a family of 4, we weren't around much as we were visiting friends but it was warm, clean and comfortable, definitely recommend if travelling to hamilton!

Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Belinda’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was excellent for easy access to the wharf and the village. Beautiful views off the deck!

For me the ideal place to stay during my trip: new, bright, clean, well-maintained, good and secure parking and good connections in all directions.

Fabulous traditional Bach, light, airy and spacious. Lovely to sit on the deck in the morning and watch the sunrise. Walking distance to Raglan….. lots of great places for a coffee or food. Nice walk from the house along the estuary at low tide. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Sarah’s place is very modern clean and comfortable. Great communication and friendly flexibility. Very easy access with key code pad. Beds are very comfortable. Master up and two others downstairs which works well. Apartment Is well equipped. Max two car parking. Be aware driveway is hard to spot when you first arrive and is on a fast bend otherwise good location.

This home is absolutely stunning and came fully equipped with all the essential amenities we needed. The space was ideal for our whanau, providing both comfort and practicality. Everything was immaculate, with a sparkling clean finish that made our stay even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Craig!

Nice and central. Very clean and tidy. Close to railway track but earplugs provided so didn’t hear train noise through the night at all. Would recommend for city events as short uber ride or walking distance.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

We had a great stay, the place was beautifully clean which as a small group of friends we really appreciated. The place was very cosy and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Very easy access instructions and communication was on point. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend and give 5 stars.
