We had an amazing, much needed vacation. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities needed to make it feel just like home. The attention to detail was spot on.. Chris gave us so many ideas and suggestions on things to do in the area. The pool was a hit with the kids. Chris was super quick at responding to questions and even sent videos on how to do things with the pool. We will definitely be back! The beaches are so beautiful and at low tides exploring was a lot of fun. We saw stingrays, crabs, jelly fish and tons of live sand dollars (that we left alone, please don’t take them if they are alive)… This was our first time on St. Simon Island and we fell in love.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this property. The charm of the place is undeniable—it’s beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and luxurious. Jenny and the team were incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or needs I had within minutes, which made the entire stay stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better, either! Just a short walk to the ocean, allowing me to enjoy the beach whenever I pleased. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway with stunning surroundings!

Our stay was amazing! Close to everything, yet still felt private and secluded. Pat & Pam were very responsive. The place had everything we needed and then some! Having access to bikes was such a bonus! We will definitely be back for another stay the next time we are in the area! Super place and amazing hosts!

This was a perfect home and location for our long weekend getaway. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The home was stocked with many items which made cooking more convenient. The neighbors had a band one night and we thoroughly enjoyed being on the porch and having our own private concert. Our host was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had prior to and was informative. I have already recommended this place to a friend looking to go to the Savannah area as it's only a 30-40 min drive.

Wonderful house with thoughtful touches. We loved the proximity to the beach and used a golf cart to get everywhere we needed to go. My MIL slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable which is not easy to find! The pool and spa were perfect especially because it was still a little chilly. Thank you for a great stay! 10/10 recommend!

Barry’s place is a gorgeous, cozy little spot tucked away on the water feature of a golf course, it was easy to find with the first spot in the parking lot reserved for the property. It’s a beautifully decorated place with THREE balconies that protrude over the water from any of the sliding glass doors from inside. My wife loved being able to feed the turtles first thing in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee. There are so many of them, if you love turtles, this is definitely the place for you, they come right to you. Barry was very attentive to us before we even left from Augusta to head that way, to the time we left Sunday morning. I now have a new favorite place to stay in the Brunswick/Jekyll/St. Simon’s area, and if it’s available when I come, I’ll be staying at Barry’s place from now on. We enjoyed our quick stay at this Tybee Island house. We loved the location, it was walkable to lots of good restaurants and shops but yet quiet and peaceful at night. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that it came with beach stuff since we flew in and would have had to buy them otherwise. The house decorations are super cute, it was clean and had everything we needed.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was clean. The property was perfectly situated and sized. The amenities were amazing. It allowed our family to have an actual vacation. We relaxed and had fun. Most everything was provided, from fishing equipment to firewood. We enjoyed the pool, the piers, the bikes... In short, we will be returning.
