New and spacious holiday home located in Lønstrup

Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. På den store naturgrund med grantræer og æblelund, er der en fantastisk udsigt ud over marker, bæk og skove - her kan du slappe af og falde fuldstændig til ro. Her kan der lades op i de stille omgivelser - og hytten byder på alle de basale nødvendigheder; Hytten består af et rum og et badeværelse. I det store rum er der en dejlig seng (140 cm/trekvart), køkkenfaciliteter med bl.a. opvaskemaskine, sofa (sovesofa), spiseplads og entre. Det lille funktionelle badeværelse har toilet, vask og brus.

Rødhættes Hus er et lille bitte hus, som ligger fredfyldt og idyllisk ved Kovad Bækkens bred, i en lysning midt inde i Rold Skov og med udsigt til engen og skoven. Kun et stenkast fra den smukke skovsø St. Øksø. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for vandre- og mountainbike ture i Rold Skov og Rebild Bakker eller som et stille ly i skovens ro, hvorfra livet kan nydes, måske med musvågen svævende over engen, egernet pilende opad træstammen, en god bog foran brændeovnen eller hygge i bålets skær i natten.

Hyggelig nyrenoveret lejlighed i egen afdeling på charmerende landsted centralt i Vendsyssel. Uanset om du lejer ét eller to værelser deles lejligheden ikke med andre gæster. Nyd freden, naturen og dyrelivet på grunden med stier og hyggekroge. Mange vandreruter og Hærvejen er i umiddelbar nærhed. Med 6 minutter til E45 er stedet egnet som udgangspunkt for oplevelser i Vendsyssel.

Baghaven’ ☀️🏡⛱️ I baghaven til vores byhus findes et nybygget og hyggeligt anneks med højt til loftet. Tæt på strand, by og shopping, og med egen terrasse, hvor aftensmaden kan grilles og nydes til solens sidste stråler. Der er plads til 4 voksne, fordelt i ét soveværelse i stueplan og derudover hems på 1. sal. Annekset har egen terrasse og indgang, men indeholder muligheden for et “godmorgen” til os, da det befinder sig i vores baghave 👫🏼👋🏻 Gratis parkering på offentlige veje.

Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
