Kuća se nalazi na mirnom mjestu sa predivnim pogledom na jadransko more te je okružena zelenilom, ima bazen, roštilj. Kuća se proteže na dva kata (prizemlje i prvi kat),ukupno 8 osoba. Sastoji se od dva zasebna apartmana koji se iznajmljuju kao cjelina. Apartman u prizemlju se sastoji od dnevnog boravka u kojem je krevet na razvlaćenje, sobe u kojojoj se nalazi bračni krevet, kuhinje i kupaonice Apartman na prvom katu se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, 2 sobe sa braćnim krevetima te kupaonice.

Gostima su na raspolaganju infracrvena sauna i jacuzzi. Tu je i pečenjara za roštiljanje, te vrtna sjenica za druženje. Lokacija osigurava privatnost, a blizu je svih potrebnih sadržaja. Holiday Home "Sinac" is ideally located between Majerovo and Tonkovic Vrilo, two of the most beautiful sources of the river Gacka, as well as between national parks Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit. This stand-alone house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and one large room that combines kitchen, dining and living room. The house is well-equipped and includes a covered terrace with barbecue equipment and an impressive view of the surrounding hills and meadows.
