A nossa estadia foi ótima! A casa é muito acolhedora e está numa zona super tranquila, perfeita para quem procura relaxar e desligar um pouco da rotina. Estava impecavelmente limpa e muito bem equipada, não nos faltou nada. O Sr. Luís foi sempre muito simpático e atencioso, mostrou-se genuinamente interessado em saber se estava tudo bem e até perguntou se havia algo que pudesse melhorar. Para mim e para o meu parceiro foi uma experiência mesmo relaxante e agradável. Recomendamos sem hesitar e esperamos voltar. Muito obrigada!

Em grupo, habituados a fazer reservas por airbnb, decidimos reservar o alojamento do Sr. Rui. Foi, sem dúvida uma excelente decisão! O alojamento é muito espaçoso, com muito bom gosto, com todos os utensílios necessários, muito limpo e cuidado! Um espaço exterior muito bem preparado e confortável, desde a piscina, à churrasqueira, até às hortícolas! O Sr. Rui, foi incansável desde o nosso primeiro interesse, sempre disponível e preocupado. Aquando da nossa chegada, tínhamos uns miminhos muito saborosos. Sem dúvida, marca positivamente pela diferença o que, nos "obriga" a voltar (e voltaremos com todo o gosto). Obrigado, por tudo, Sr. Rui.

We absolutely loved staying here. Ricardo was super friendly and helpful. Quinta Freiera is a stunning farm with loads of grape vines, lemon trees, orange trees, passion fruit, etc. It was so special to stay in a house that has been in his family for over 200 years. I highly recommend this quinta!

A casa é muito espaçosa, com diversos ambientes e pode receber uma família numerosa tranquilamente. São 4 quartos e diversas salas com camas/sofás, todos os cômodos com aparelho de ar-condicionado/aquecimento. O espaço exterior é imenso e nosso cão adorou explora-lo todos os dias. Comunicação fácil e muito simpáticos os anfitriões 😊

Très belle maison agréable pour passer des vacances calmes avec une vue splendide sur les terres portugaises. La maison est fidèle aux photos et bien équipées. Manuel et sa conjointe sont accueillants et à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement !

A nice and peaceful house in the deep valley! Beautiful surroundings! The staff and host were nice to get us in!

To everyone who’s thinking of renting this house; if you’re having doubts, this is the sign to go for it. I’m speaking on behalf of my family and myself. We were a group of 8 who had the lovely opportunity to spend New Year’s Eve in this beautiful space. To start with, pictures don’t do justice to the gem you find when you pass through the entrance door. The house seems like it blends or comes out of the mountain itself. Maintaining original external features of what it seemed an old house that was carefully blended into the newer structure of the main house. When you enter you have the feeling of being at home and from any of the panoramic windows to the west side of the house you get the breathtaking views of the Douro river They’ve thought of all details and making it a perfectly functional house to not have to leave for as long as you plan to stay there. Having the breakfast service is also another extra service we were really happy to have thank you for the lovely experience.

I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.

Carina’s place feels like a touch of luxury, with the fantastic gardens, pool area and barbecue dining area particular highlights of our stay. The villa is especially ideal for larger groups, with ample space to relax in a private setting. It is well equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable. We also enjoyed walks in the surrounding countryside, which is very peaceful and green.

What an EXTRAORDINARY accommodation Casa Marmelo was for our group of 8 adults when visiting the Douro valley !!! Host Kate was super to work -- right from our initial contact for information through our date of departure. What an excellent WELCOME GUIDE she provided before our arrival - with valuable tips and suggestions for activities and dining throughout the area. Housekeeper Helene too could not have been more kind, charming, and helpful. What delicious breakfasts she made for us each morning. The entire property was kept so clean and tidy. What a memorable time we all had -- we all hope to be back!

Casa espectacular. Amplia y espaciosa. Perfecta para un grupo de personas. Hay intimidad debido a la individualidad de sus habitaciones con baño. La casa super bien decorada y limpia.. Totalmente equipada. Tiago es un gran anfitrión y merece la pena conocerlo. Nos ha tratado excelentemente . Muy amable. Seguro que repetiremos si tenemos la ocasión.

I don't think you could ever tire of the views from Quinta do Fraguil. They're breathtaking - we kept taking just one more photo! It's so special to be able to see so far into the distance and right down to the bottom of the valley. Even the local viewing point didn't match it! From start to finish, Rui was a friendly and really responsive host. He made us feel confident as soon as we had booked that we were going to be staying somewhere special. He turned up to meet us when we arrived and was in really good contact any time we needed to ask him anything before or during our stay. The pool is a total highlight - a good size and really clean. The house itself was also really clean and tastefully furnished. The outside eating area was perfect and made you feel happy to stay 'at home' and cook! We had sunshine every day and warm evenings sitting outside. This is the sort of place that you feel really sad to leave at the end of your holiday and one that you're very likely to visit again.

Beautiful location stunning house. Great host. Do the vineyard tour it is great lots of information and gorgeous wine! Hard to leave the house for day trips as it is so tempting to stay in! Local people are friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing week we will be back for sure!!!!

Excelente espaço para umas férias tranquilas. Casa com excelentes comodidades, desde da piscina até ao entretenimento na sala de estar. Espaço bastante amplo para várias pessoas. Casa bem equipada, com todos eletrodomésticos e acessórios. Simpatia e prontidão na ajuda aos hóspedes. Ótimo serviço, a repetir.

La estancia ha sido estupenda. Una casa grande y antigua, llena de historia y con vistas inmejorables. Alexandre nos ofreció mucha información de sitios donde ir y comer, pero optamos por disfrutar de la casa, su jardín y piscina. Julia fue también muy amable y buena cocinera.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen, ruhig und privat, genau wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei Restaurants, bei einem Supermarkt oder bei einem Wanderweg. Ana und Lucia waren sehr freundlich, und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Nachdem unsere Koffer im falschen Flugzeug gelandet waren und alles ewig gedauert hat, war der Check-in viel später als angegeben auch kein Problem. Danke nochmal dafür.

Tivemos uma experiência fantástica na casa da D. Helena. O local é fantástico e incrivelmente tranquilo e com uma vista maravilhosa dos vinhais em Resende. Piscina e jardim extremamente agradáveis perfeitos para descansar, e com wifi disponivel. A D. Helena foi uma anfitria de uma simpatia enorme e deu-nos todas as informações necessárias. Recomendamos visitar este local e voltaremos assim que possível.

This is a family summer home where you instantly get a sense of peace. If you are looking for a quiet place to truly relax and recharge you have found it. Diane is helpful, responsive and kind. A gem!

Adorámos! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, organizada e muito bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para quem tem um bebé de 1 ano. O espaço exterior é muito agradável, completamente vedado e com toda a privacidade. A nossa cadela e a nossa filha adoraram brincar na relva. A Maria é uma simpatia, sempre disponível para nos ajudar. Ideal para quem pretende passar uns dias calmos, longe da cidade, a explorar a natureza. Esperamos regressar um dia!

El alojamiento es tal como ves en las fotos: grande, muy bien equipado, con piscina, barbacoa,... ¡casa en el árbol! Rodeado de viñedos por los que puedes pasear. Ideal para pasar unos días de descanso con amigos, como fue nuestro caso, pero también para ir con niños. El entorno muy tranquilo, ideal si quieres desconectar, y con opciones de desplazarte a Oporto y otras zonas interesantes. Muy recomendable.
