From: The Ladies (70+yo old girlfriends who visited) The airbnb was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Christina was wonderful and answered immediately the few times we called with a question. She even went above and beyond and left us breakfast goodies/items and then provided puzzles to borrow once we told her that we enjoyed them. She was patient with us senior ladies :). We also appreciate your hospitality during our stay also. Maybe the one suggestion that I would make is that one of the bedrooms upstairs should probably have 2 twin beds instead of a double bed, therefore everyone could have their own bed. We would stay here again on our next Va beach visit! Thanks for everything!

We have stayed at this location 2 years in a row. It's great if you would like to be at the beach but away from the crowd near the boardwalk of VA Beach. It's great for families. 1.5 blocks to beach and beach is very open rather than congested. I highly recommend staying here and we will book again in 2025.

The condo was exactly as described. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Chris and Abby were great at responding to all our questions.

Second time staying here, location is very close to boardwalk and restaurants, enjoyed our stay. Construction is going on but did not hinder access.

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

Great place to stay for both my family and our extended family that drove in from a different location. The kids (15-9yrs old) loved the layout and declared that the downstairs condo was a kids only zone. The layout was exactly what we were looking for. We would happily come back and stay at this house again. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice place for a family vacation. Close to all the major attractions in the area and only a short drive for additional things to do. As advertised, but be sure to double check if the photos are the unit you will get. This was a 2 bedroom 3 bed with a pull out sofa bed as advertised, but the bedrooms were in the basement. Plenty of on site activities, however the miniature gold could use some updates. Do be careful as this is a time share resort, so they are going to try to sell you one. They offer something free to get you in, park tickets, cash, etc. But you don't have to buy. The unit was clean, the staff was friendly and Tara was great for my first time using Airbnb.

Our family of 4 with 2 young kids had a wonderful vacation for 2 weeks at the Sun Setter!! The location was perfect for walking to the beach/park/playground or a quick drive to the 4x4 beach that we love to do. As any parent knows, it’s all about convenience, accessibility, and entertainment options for the little ones. It was very nice to have the options of the indoor and outdoor pools depending on weather in the resort community. We took tons of walks around the nearby neighborhoods and could even walk to the resort playground in the evening to tire the kids out. Although we did our own cooking at the house, you are near tons of shopping and restaurants. Loved being 5 minutes from Food Lion. We did enjoy a few trips to the local bakery Northern Lights for some tasty treats and my Starbucks-similar drinks (again you can walk there if you want). Overall, it was a perfect place for our family to vacation in the OBX.

Great stay in VA Beach. Helen was easy to communicate with. Close to beach and lot of restaurants within walking distance. Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen essentials if you wanted to stay in and cook. Nicely stocked with beach essentials with carts to tow as well.

Wonderful place to stay. MIght want to request an upper since we could hear the people above us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and quiet. We sat on the balcony off the master bedroom and watched the sunset over Little Creek most nights. It would have nice if at least one cupboard was empty so we could store our groceries so we had to do some rearranging

We needed a last minute rental after our first spot fell through & we were already in Corolla. Jennifer was amazing and quick to respond to our request to rent her place. Despite the same day rental & check-in, the house was clean & ready for visitors. Jennifer knew of our previous rental situation and that we had 2 children with us and even offered earlier check-in if we needed it. The welcome info had great restaurant recommendations and other helpful info. She was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is great and the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. We would definitely rent this spot again!

A pleasant stay in a great location! We stayed three nights, woke up to a nice view of the blooming azaleas and the pond. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water. Everything was as described. Thank you Brenda!

Really great location with parking. The air bnb was clean and looked exactly like pictures. Very easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay here again

Our group of friends were in Cape Charles for a wedding. The house was exactly as described and large enough to accommodate our party of 12. The house was clean and spacious. My only suggestion would be better communication. We contacted Mary about a few issues and which she never responded. Overall it did not impact our stay and I would likely stay again.

Great stay and definitely recommend! Super clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. He was really welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish.The space had everything I needed, and they even had some nice little touches that made it feel extra homey. Michael was super friendly but also gave me plenty of space, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. I had left a pair of earrings after check out and he shipped them out to me! Great place and great host

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. Sara had good communicate and friendly. I would definitely book again. Thank you

The area was very quiet nice the house was beautiful Stephanie she really was helpful and the situation that popped up while we were there she gave us a late checkout she was very helpful in understanding the place was just beautiful only problem I love to cook and we didn't have a strainer 😂 that was really it besides that I will be renting this unit again cuz we'll be coming back down in the summer to visit family and Virginia we were actually there this time for a wedding but I most definitely would rent this place again.

I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at this comfortable, clean, and adorable place. From the start to the finish my experience was wonderful. The host was very responsive before, during, and even after our stay. The place was well stocked, the beds were so comfy, and it felt like a home away from home. The host made sure you knew they were available. We cant say enough great things about our experience.
