Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Private parking for 2 cars.

Modern and fully renovated and upgraded holiday home from April 2024. Fit for up to four people. One bedroom, one bathroom house with spacious kitchen and living room. Extra couch that can be streched to fit two adult people. Pool with newly added heating and colling features. Add on sauna with olivegarden view. Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Property is 15 minutes away from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note - extra cost: - heating of the pool, if you decide for that option, for the price of 200 euros per a week.

Die Lage ist super, das Haus befindet sich zwischen Pula und NP kap Kamenjak Viele verschiedene Strände sind in der Nähe und mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Parkplatz ist privat.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
