Set on a 1,100 m² plot, it offers 225 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy their holiday together while maintaining privacy.

Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Property is 15 minutes away from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note - extra cost: - heating of the pool, if you decide for that option, for the price of 200 euros per a week.
