Newly renovated Duplex apartment with fantastic views and 2 balconies on two floors ( both south facing ). The two-storey apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment building (with lift ). The apartment is in a perfect quiet location just 5 minutes walk from the main cable car Verbier TV away. The house is accessible directly from the slopes. Restaurants, shopping, clubs, bars, bus station etc. are all easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms each with a new double bed. In the living area is an extra sofa bed available for 1 adult or 1-2 children. The whole apartment has new beautiful oak parquet . The two bathrooms have been newly renovated. One bathroom with bath / WC and a bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is also new with : induction cooker , steamer, dishwasher, coffee machine ( Nespresso ), fridge, freezer, electric extractor fan , etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for max. 6 people including fondue pot for fondue and raclette. In the kitchen there is a little combination washing machine and dryer for clothes. The living room is equipped with a new couch and TV. Also several board games are available ( Poker, Monopoly, etc.). The dining area invites with a beautiful oak table with a spectecualr view of the mountains . Incl. a garage space !
