This place feels homely and comfortable, I loved how everything was exactly as mentioned if not more. The Host is friendly along with her family they were welcoming and very helpful. I would love to come back definitely. However I would also recommend families to book this for their vacation it’s a good place to go to💯🙌🏽

This was incredible value for money! The views were amazing, the house was clean and lovely, there was loads to keep the children entertained and the host was super friendly and helpful! A wonderful experience in nature, so tranquil and refreshing! Would definitely book here again.

This was our second visit to Frans place and it was as if we returned to family. Fran and Rick are extremely accommodating superhosts and we will definitely recommend them and their place without any reservations. Frans is our go to home away from home. We are completely spoilt at the lodge and we are looking forward to our upcoming 3rd visit. Thank you for sharing your place with us Fran, we love you guys, see you soon.

The Host Paul allowed us to have our very small intimate wedding there.. it was the best night of my whole life and the propert is superb😍. I would not trade that night and the overall feel for anything else. I have to add that the staff member was walking around our guests and for most park of the wedding sat in the main houses' bar on his phone watching videos (the guest toilet is right next to the bar btw).. i eventually asked him around 23h00 when our guests left to please leave our house , it was quite awkward having him sit there watching videos while we all stand around the kitchen/ bar and all talking about how the wedding and night went.

Always an amazing experience. Most definitely one of the best AirBnB homes along the Vaal River. Super helpful and friendly ground staff. 10/10

A Perfect Riverside Escape We recently spent a weekend at this charming 2-bedroom house on the banks of the Vaal River, and it was everything we could have hoped for! The location is absolutely stunning, offering peaceful, scenic views of the river right from the doorstep. The house itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after a day spent relaxing by the water. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights was being so close to the river—it was a delight to wake up to the sound of water flowing and to spend time sitting outside, taking in the natural beauty. Whether you're looking to fish, enjoy a quiet escape, or just relax by the water, this house is an ideal spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the Vaal River.

The tent was very neat and clean. I had a blast in the well equipped kitchen. I felt like a master chef. The view from the deck is out of this world. There are so many birds around. We loved that the dogs greeted us everyday, one of them even had a sleep over one night. We nicknamed the river, birds & frogs Natures Radio. My husband tried fishing but the river came down very strong, the barbers in the evening made up for that tho. We planned our days around fishing for barbers at night. Ask Ansie about the barbers when the light comes on!!! What an experience. Not to be missed. I don't at all have green fingers but noticed how pretty the gardens are all around the farm. We will definitely be back, as regularly as possible. If you need to reset your soul, Zeekoe Lodge is the destination. Don't know how Ansie is doing it, but all the mosquitos were on silent 🤣 they were there as expected on the river but I did not hear one of them.

The space was beautifully attended and fitted out with care. Although small, it was perfect for my one night in Sasolburg and exactly what I needed, in what is a safe and well kept neighbourhood. I will stay over here again on future short stays in the town.

I recently stayed at Michelle's AirBnB in the south of Johannesburg, and it was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was well-appointed and extremely clean, offering an upmarket space that exceeded my expectations. Michelle, the host, was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. Her communication was excellent, and she provided clear access codes for getting in and out of the estate, which made the experience seamless. I truly loved my stay and would recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely be choosing to stay here every time I'm up in the south of Johannesburg.

what a wonderfull weekend in an amazing house with amazing facilities. The huge garden let us set up our badminton nets, soccer nets and the under cover boat house was amazing. The help that lives on the propperty was extraordinary and avalible all day when needed. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure

This is absolutely a "home away from home". From the booking to the check out - everything was perfect. Izelle is super helpful and friendly and Paul is on site and on call. Our family enjoyed the house and estate and can't wait to visit in warmer weather to make use of the beautiful swimming pool. 10 stars!!!

The Boathouse was amazing and a truly tranquil experience. The surroundings and the river views looked beautiful. The staff on the property were also really helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home
