This relaxing loft efficiency apartment with ‘peekaboo’ views of Owasco Lake is a great place for couples or small families visiting the Eastern Finger Lakes area. It’s three miles from Emerson Park, 15 minutes from downtown Skaneateles, 20 minutes from Fillmore Glen State Park and minutes from downtown Auburn. It's close to many lakeside rentals and wedding venues (Emerson Park Pavilion, Springside Inn, Owasco CC and more). It features a pleasant outdoor seating area with a table and fire pit.

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!
