Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

El apartamento es como nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Dispone de todos los servicios útiles (2 duchas, 3 camas y una supletoria, lavadora, wifi). Está en una zona a la entrada de la ciudad, tranquila y peatonal, cerca de las estaciones de autobuses y tren, con un supermercado cerca. Muy cómodo para no arrastrar maletas por la ciudad. Aunque esté más lejos de lo más destacable de Venecia, es un detalle muy menor porque la ciudad es impresionante en cada uno de sus rincones. Fabiano ha sido siempre muy disponible y comprensivo. Un 10!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Sara et Matteo. Il est très agréable et lumineux et correspond parfaitement aux photos.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Paolo is a very attentive host and made sure that instructions and coordination were smooth prior to the trip. The house is beautiful with a real authentic feel. Incredible location in a local community neighbourhood, walking distance from all the great spots yet hidden away from the touristy crowds. An incredible stay for a real authentic experience.

모든 것이 편안하고 편한였습니다. 네비게이션에서 찾는과정이 약간 혼선이 있었는데 긴 하나사이로 거리 이름이 달라 다른 호수로 안내하였으나, 길건너로 바로 찾을수가 있었습니다. 다만 아시운점은 저녁난방이 안되서 호스트에게 문자하니 바로 틀어주었습니다. 약간 쌀쌀한날씨에 여행하신다면 호스트에게 미리 연락하시면됩니다. 우리는 랜트카로 유럽여행하는 60대 사돈지간 부부들입니다.

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino al porto, arredato con cura, molto spazioso e con una bellissima terrazza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo di nuovo l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Venezia è a soli 30 minuti di navigazione. Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna ha estado pendiente todo el tiempo de nuestra estancia. Respondía rápidos, siembre muy amable y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Nos facilitó sitio para dejar las maletas una vez hecho el check-out. El apartamento es pequeño pero hemos estado los 4 muy bien. La situación es perfecta para pasear y muchos sitios para comer cerca. Nos encararía volver!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist von überall gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden zur Unterkunft gebracht und bekamen einige Tipps für die Umgebung. Alle Informationen waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Communication was perfect, everything worked out perfectly, very good location to explore Venice, would definitely recommend it!

Alloggio posizionato al piano terra nei pressi di una corte silenziosissima.All'interno dell'appartamento tutto perfetto (esattamente come nelle foto) e sopratutto PULITISSIMO. Alloggio completo di tutto il necessario, compresa lavatrice e ferro da stiro che noi non abbiamo utilizzato. Cucina completa di tutto il necessario (microonde, caffettiera, tostapane, detersivo piatto e spugnette). Bagno pulitissimo con una porta che da su una zona di servizio ma utilissimo. In bagno forniti bagnoschiuma sapone e shampoo oltre al phon. Viorica è stata gentilissima sia al check-in che al checkout permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli al sicuro post checkout. Posizione nel centro di Venezia comodissmo al traghetto San Marcuola. Alloggio consigliatissimo e host super gentile.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Apartment, praktisch gelegen und eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder!

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Hossain fue muy amable y su departamento es muy lindo, amplio y limpio. Perfectamente ubicado en Mestre a sólo 15 minutos de la estación de tren. Excelente para evitar el ajetreo turístico de la isla de Venecia

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

Logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Propriétaire prévenant et très réactif. Les pizzas da Luca à emporter juste à côté absolument délicieuses. Notez simplement que sans voiture le trajet jusqu’à Venise est un peu long (bus puis Tram ou train) et qu’avec des enfants petits ça peut se révéler un peu compliqué. À part ça tout était parfait.
