This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. Distance from Thessaloniki downtown is 120 km (appx. 90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. Also available for season or yearlong renting upon request.

It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.
