H αρχιτεκτονική ιδιαιτερότητα της οικίας, καθώς και η μοναδική θέα προς την Μεσόγειο θα σας εντυπωσιάσει, αφού απέχει μόλις 1.700 μέτρα από την θάλασσα (σε ευθεία απόσταση), ενώ ταυτόχρονα θα σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης, καθώς εδώ θα νιώσετε για πρώτη φορά την αίσθηση της απόλυτης ησυχίας.

Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
