Nuestra casa se encuentra en Peregian Beach y a poca distancia a pie de Peregian Village y de la playa patrullada. Nuestra casa tiene un diseño de planta abierta en todas partes con vistas al interior y a la costa. El primer nivel tiene sala de estar, comedor, cocina, rincón de estudio y una zona de terraza al aire libre con vista a la piscina, 2 dormitorios generosos y un baño. Arriba, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king, un baño grande que incluye una bañera de lujo y vistas increíbles al océano y al interior durante millas.

This home is in a secluded, elevated location with breathtaking views and only a short drive to the best Sunshine Coast beaches. Surrounded by nature and trees it will take you only moments to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen and living areas look over the large deck and to the pool. There are two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit to enjoy during the cooler months, perfect to relax by with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are well appointed with a homely feel and comfortable beds.

Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

La mansión restaurada fue la «Casa del Año» de Queensland en 1942 y está a solo 25 minutos en coche de las playas. La cancha de tenis original está reformada.

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
