I had a wonderful stay at Charles’ place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Charles was a welcoming and thoughtful host, always responsive and kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wir hatten alles, was für einen schönen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind toll. Für uns wichtig war der Platz in der Tiefgarage - dafür vielen Dank. Sylvie und Florian sind sehr feundliche und kommunikative Vermieter. Auf alle Fragen kamen sehr schnell hilfreiche Antworten und Tipps. Appartement fidèle à la description et hôte réactif. L’appartement est bien placé et permet de se déplacer aisément dans Paris (métro à 100m de l’appart). Nous y avons passé de très bons moments en famille !

Catherine un'ottima host, sempre pronta a rispondere con gentilezza a tutte le richieste, ti fa sentire a casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr bequem, sauber und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Unsere Kleinen haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt – es gab genug Platz zum Spielen und sogar ein paar Spielsachen vor Ort. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in dieci persone e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto bella, dotata di ogni confort: spazi interni ed esterni molto curati. La casa è molto spaziosa e, pur essendo vicina alla metro e al supermercato, è molto tranquilla. Gli host sono stati disponibili e super gentili. Consigliatissimo a gruppi e famiglie.

Hakim, Babeth et leur famille sont attentionnés et très avenants. La location se situe dans leur jardin. Le logement est très bien équipé, un plaisir pour cuisiner. Le salon de jardin permet de profiter du soleil dès la fin de matinée, et jusqu’au coucher de soleil (avec vue !). Nous recommandons ☺️

Nous sommes venus pour un EVG, et nous avons été impressionnés par ce logement. On en prend plein les yeux dès qu'on a franchi le pas de la porte. Nombreuses activités à faire  : borne d'arcade, console, mur d'escalade, fléchettes, jacuzzi, décorations faites avec goût, magnifique fresque dans le séjour… Tout était parfait et très propre, on aurait pu y rester 1 mois sans jamais mettre le nez dehors. Le plus beau Airbnb que j'ai fait. Je recommande et j'y retournerai très probablement. Un grand bravo au propriétaire pour le travail titanesque réalisé ici.

Nous avons adorés le logement tout était absolument comme sur l’annonce. Notre séjour fut très agréable et merci à Donya qui est réactive et très gentille. Le logement est très clean nous n’avons rien à dire sur la propreté du mobilier Je recommande vivement de loger ici. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Hôte très accueillant et réactif ! Nous avions mentionné que nous serions 5 adultes et un lit supplémentaire a été préparé dans le séjour à cet effet: attention qui nous a particulièrement touché. Logement très propre et bien équipé, on s’y sent bien. Metro à proximité pour se rendre à Paris. Hôte arrangeant et flexible. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Merci!

Patrick a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif au moindre de nos problèmes. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, avec de nombreux restaurants, épiceries, coiffeur, et bien d’autres choses utile aux alentours, ainsi que les transports en communs. L’appartement été propre, l’entrée s’est faites avec une remise des clés. Rien de plus simple. Encore merci à Patrick, je reviendrais à coup sûr.

Stan ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Er ist immer gut zu erreichen und super freundlich. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage hier verbracht um Paris zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Zug sehr gut du erreichen trotz dass sie etwas auser halb liegt. Das ist ein guter Kontrast zur lebhaften Stadt um wieder Ruhe zu finden. Der Check in war äußerst einfach und unkompliziert.

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Elie’s apartment is a true hidden gem where the original idea of airbnb is still living. He has a wonderful flat with superb interior and where you feel at home immediately. The neighbourhood is very local but still perfectly connected to the city center. Elie was very responsive as a host albeit not having met in person. Would definitely return.
