wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung von Graziella gefühlt. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, hell, die Betten sind superbequem und alles war sehr sauber. Auch die Lage ist toll. Mi und Sa gibt es einen tollen, bunten Markt direkt vor der Haustür mit Lebensmitteln und sehr leckerem Essen. Die Metro ist schnell zu erreichen und der Vietnamese um die Ecke hat super Essen. Man sollte dort unbedingt vorher reservieren. Nur nachts ist es als Frau alleine nicht ganz so angenehm auf der Straße und in der Umgebung. Wir waren zu viert. Das war dann kein Problem. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement heeft alles te bieden. Heel rustig, ondanks de markt op zaterdag voor de deur! Markt is leuk om te bezoeken. Niet zo toegankelijk als je slecht(er) ter been bent. Je mag de nodige trappen lopen, maar dit staat ook aangegeven in de advertentie! Het appartement is rustig, licht en mooi ingericht.

We stayed at Corrine’s place for the Paris Marathon it was perfectly placed for this and for the Moulin Rouge which was also on our list for this trip. It was great to have easy metro access to the sights but also to be able to be able to return to the property and have lots of lovely restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight of the trip was le parcrun in the Bois de Boulogne, again within easy metro reach of the property.

Eine hübsche kleine Wohnung mit gute Metro-Anbindung. Leider grenzen Gegenden an, die man nachts besser nicht allein aufsuchen sollten die auch nicht wirklich hübsch sind. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme damit. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht und das Gastgeber-Team ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir bekamen auf jede Frage sofort Antwort und zusätzlich auch ein paar schöne Tipps. Am Silvesterabend fanden wir ein Tablett mit Blumenarrangement, Champagner, Gläsern und Champomy (für Kinder) in der Wohnung vor. Das war sehr süß. Direkt im im Gebäude ist ein LIDL was sehr praktisch war. Den wohnungseigenen Stellplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Parkgarage, weiß jeder zu schätzen, der schon einmal mit dem Auto in PAris war und dort einen Parkplatz gesucht hat. Von unserer Seite bekommt diese Wohnung eine positive Empfehlung.

All around excellent experience. Thought has obviously been given to what renters would want. One fundamental thing you don't always get at these rentals, a comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a kitchen. Washer and drying racks. Handy book of instructions. Good elevator. TV is mostly English-language news channels unless you speak French. Neighborhood is pleasant and safe enough, although definitely not American suburbia -- the streets are narrow and stores and apartments are built right up to the sidewalk. Reasonably quiet, though, since it is off the main street. Three good restaurants within a hundred feet! -- and many more in the neighborhood. Market and bakeries close by. Easy walking distance to Metro, Marais, many sites and museums. Be sure to have your phone turned on and ready for use in a foreign country when you arrive, as that will be the best way to make initial contact with Nacer.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, it looked liked the photo's and was very clean. Was ample room for two people and had a nice private deck to sit on in the morning for breakfast and at the end of day to enjoy a glass of wine. There is a well stocked grocery store near by, and a few restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were great. I've noticed some hosts are using polyester sheets and bedding lately which aren't all that comfortable and are hot to sleep in. Ludmila uses cotton bedding which were very comfortable. The apartment is about 40 minutes by train and metro to anywhere you want to go in Paris and the train station is directly across the street. Ludmila was very responsive and easy to deal with . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her apartment if you don't mind being a bit outside of Paris.

Heerlijk huisje, netjes en schoon. Het speeltoestel in de tuin was geweldig voor de kinderen. Erg gastvrij ontvangen en mooie rustige buurt.

Logement parfait pour y passer une nuit près du parc Astérix et de Paris ! Très cosy et propre, comme a l’identique sur l’annonce. Côté très pratique, arrivée qui se fait en autonomie, sans contrainte horaire avec toutes les explications complètes. Très bonne communication avec Siham. A conseiller sans hésiter !

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Bahn, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Boulangerie und Supermärkte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Emilie und Nicolas war sehr nett, auch ein späterer CheckOut war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Yedi kişi doğum günü kutlamam için Tarık’ın evini seçtik ve hepimiz çok memnun kaldık. Hepimizin en iyi airbnb deneyimlerinden biriydi. Üç banyosu ve dört tuvaletinin olması çok büyük bir rahatlık sundu. Ön ve arka bahçesinde vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi ama yeşillikler sebebiyle sinek ve örümceklerle karşılaşabiliyorsunuz. 🙈 Metro durakları 7-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve 20 dakikada şehrin merkezinde olabiliyorsunuz. 8-10 kişilik gruplar için çok ideal, kesinlikle öneririm.

Wir habe Ende April 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern). Vor der Ankunft hatten wir noch einige Fragen; das ganze Team hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns super unterstützt. Auch mit der PassPass App. Damit konnten wir eine etwas frühere Ankuft buchen und bekamen alle Infos (wie die Ablage des Schlüssels etc.) Von der Lage her ist das Haus ideal für den Besuch von Disneyland (15 Min mit dem Auto) und um nach Paris zu fahren (30 Min mit dem Zug). Das einzige Manko für uns...das Haus war etwas hellhörig und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir vollstens zufrieden und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Nous avons adorés le logement tout était absolument comme sur l’annonce. Notre séjour fut très agréable et merci à Donya qui est réactive et très gentille. Le logement est très clean nous n’avons rien à dire sur la propreté du mobilier Je recommande vivement de loger ici. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Lovely stay with family for a brief Disney trip! Within 40 mins uber from airport and 10 mins from the park. Perfect location and cheaper than staying in the hotels. Sabine was great and had lots of wonderful suggestions! Would love to come back

The apartment was great, beautiful views of the Eiffel tower and the surrounding areas. Located between Colonial Fabien and Belleville metro stations, a short walk to both. All amenities were as listed, the mechanical shutters on the windows came in use to keep the apartment from gettin too warm and also doubled up as great black curtains. The apartment building itself is very secure. definitely worth booking a stay here!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was great - easily accessible to all the central spots in Paris, while also feeling safe and very convenient. Shops and restaurants were right outside our door, with a playground and a metro station less than a three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and what we needed, featuring a great shower and a spacious garden. Sophie and Daan, our hosts, were very helpful and made us feel welcome and well-supported throughout our stay. Our experience was wonderful, and we left feeling happy and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Malgré la présence du RER à proximité, le logement est calme et j’ai très bien dormi. Tout était propre, bien aménagé et confortable. Un vrai petit cocon parfait pour se reposer. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !
