The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

A casa era extremamente confortável e a Julie prestativa. A casa estava bem limpa com tudo q necessitávamos. Apenas um pouco distante do centro de Paris.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La piscine est un énorme plus. Assez grande pour plusieurs adultes. Belle maison confortable ! barbecue et table de ping pong au top pour passer de bon moments.

Excellent séjour chez Stéphanie comme la première fois. On y est retourné les yeux fermés et on y reviendra. C'est vraiment un havre de paix. Merci encore à Stéphanie.

Je recommande cet appartement , pour visiter Paris Très propre, équipements recents en très bon état. Bus à 2 minutes à pied , qui vous laisse à côté du RER. En plus , 1 petite cour équipée de table et chaises. Allez- y les yeux fermés.

Excellent séjour, Samuel est un Hôte très prévenant et attentionné. Nous n'avons pu que profiter avec notre famille, et le logement récemment rénové nous convenait parfaitement. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander à tous ceux qui souhaite séjourner dans la région !

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Le logement de Lily est très agréable. il est bien agence et meublé avec goût. La terrasse était un régal en fin de journée dans un environnement calme. Le logement est à 15 min à pieds du métro. Top pour nous rentre sur Paris. Lily est très agréable, réactive et toutes ses petites attentions ont facilité notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour inoubliable ! Dans un superbe logement décoré avec goût, tous les équipements/matériaux sont d'une grande qualité. La situation est idéale à quelques pas de la ligne 1 qui mène au centre historique de Paris en quelques minutes ! Calme et privé, vraiment le meilleur endroit pour séjourner aux abords de Paris avec tous les avantages sans les inconvénients. Nous avons vraiment adoré.

Nous nous rendons à Paris pour le concert de mon cousin et très franchement le mari de Baboune nous a très bien accueilli, il nous à offert du thé à l’arrivée, le logement était propre et les photos du logement correspondaient aux logements réels !! A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

La casa esta muy bien ubicada, ceca de un metro muy accesible para visitar la ciudad. Nos ha parecido que tiene poquisimo menaje, por no decir casi nada, para poder cocinar dado que las cenas eran en casa con los niños por el cansancio de visitar durante todo el dia la ciudad. No tiene tostador, ni platos llanos, ni utensilios para cocinar...tampoco unas servilletas, ni un poco de aceite, sal o azúcar para el primer dia que llegas. No tiene almohadas, son cojines blandos que no son nada comodos para el descanso. El resto muy bien, casa sencilla pero limpia y cómoda. Barrio muy tranquilo. Hung y su mujer son muy amables y estan muy pendientes por si surgía alguna necesidad.

Martine est très accueillante et gentille. Personne très réactive. Aux petits soins. Son logement est très bien agencé et très propre. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Une adresse à garder précieusement.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

La maison est tout simplement magnifique, décorée avec énormément de goût, hyper fonctionnelle, high tech. Hammam et le jacuzzi très pratiques et les instructions claires. Nous avons tout aimé, l'immense et très fonctionnelle cuisine, le gigantesque salon, le baby foot très sympa. les contacts avec nos hôtes ont été simples et toujours réactifs et les instructions très claires. bref, un regal

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Frédéric ! Le lieu est absolument parfait : à la fois proche de Paris, des commerces, des bords de Marne et du bois de Vincennes, tout en étant d’un calme absolu. La maison est décorée avec goût, très confortable, fonctionnelle, d’une propreté irréprochable, et on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La literie est excellente, et l’espace de travail au rez-de-jardin est un vrai plus. Notre animal de compagnie a été chaleureusement accueilli, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. La place de parking privée est très appréciable également. Frédéric est un hôte exceptionnel : bienveillant, hyper réactif, souple sur les horaires, toujours attentif au bien-être de ses voyageurs. Il partage volontiers ses bonnes adresses et fait tout pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi. Nous recommandons cette maison et cet hôte les yeux fermés, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
