Huset är perfekt för två personer men funkar med tex 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Bara några minuters promenad till havet. Flera utmärkta vandringsleder finns på Utö. En karta finns i huset. "Samhället" Gruvan är ca 4km bort där flertalet restauranger, matbutik m.m. finns. Kliv av båten vid Spränga brygga. Att tänka på. En tur går endast till Gruvan.
