Close to all bars, restaurants and dive schools (College of Diving, Captain Morgan's and Paradise Divers across the street). Everything is within 5-10 minute walk (like the beach) and the supermarket is next door. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a long stay and has high speed internet. Cozy and recently renovated with a new bed, new fridge and new kitchen appliances.

The apartment 4 minute walk from the ferry. The major bars are at walking distance, the supermarket is next door and the closest beach is 5 minute walk. However, due to the high cost of electricity on the island we ask that you please turn off the AC when you’re out touring/cruising the island. We provide the necessary amount of power to ensure you are comfortable (10KW per 24hr) however, should you exceed this we will charge the going rate per each KW used after that.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
