La casa è molto bella e molto pulita. In una zona tranquilla ma ben fornita di servizi. Comodo per andare a Legoland e visitare i dintorni. Janina è un host molto amichevole gentile disponibile e reattivo. Consigliatissima.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and offered everything you need for the stay. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment is a the end of a sink so with our car we had difficulties driving back up the hill with snow and ice, but thankfully our hosts helped us with the situation. One should not have a problem though with a standard all-wheel drive vehicle. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a beautiful space, great location, and exceptional hosting made for an unforgettable stay.

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

Die Kommunikation mit Christian verlief reibungslos und klar, und er beantwortete unsere Fragen schnell. Die Wohnung ist einfach atemberaubend, sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Vielen Dank nochmals, wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Ich kann den Vermieter wärmstens empfehlen!

Tolle Ferienunterkunft in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das Haus wurde sehr durchdacht mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Sehr heimelig, viel indirekte Beleuchtung, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Blick aus dem Bett ist traumhaft. Alles tiptop sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr offene und hilfsbereite Menschen, die immer bemüht sind, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Uns sind im Übrigen keine unangenehmen Gerüche, wie in der vorherigen Bewertung beschrieben, aufgefallen.

Great house in beautiful location. We were 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 11 yrs) the house had plenty of rooms and a spacious outdoors area. Kitchen was very well equipped,we had most meals at home. We found the area around Fussen Schwangau had poor mobile coverage and printed map and directions really helped.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage. Wald und Talstation der Bergbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Krailling sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort außerhalb Münchens und sehr gut angebunden, sodass man sehr schnell in Zentrum von München sein kann. Das Haus ist wunderbar und man hat alles was man braucht. Harold, Gabriele und Lorenz waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell unsere Nachrichten und Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Ich kann auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Harold und Gabriele sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Alpenblick. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles top sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Evelyn ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin

Wir haben Silvester hier verbracht. Annina und Tim haben uns nett empfangen, mit Cervela und Salat, die sie extra für uns vorbereitet haben. Das Highlight war der Hot Tub - einfach toll sich dort abends aufzuheizen umgeben von Winterlandschaft!

Perfekte Unterkunft – Absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung! Alles war genauso, wenn nicht sogar besser, als in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Lage ist ideal, egal ob für Sightseeing oder zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit Max war vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt sehr sympathisch. Der Check-In war einfach und gut beschrieben. Bei der Parkplatzsuche muss man etwas Glück haben - man findet aber meistens einen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt somit. Kann das Airbnb für Aufenthalte in und um Stuttgart empfehlen. Wünsche dir noch viele nette Gäste Max :)

Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage nah am Wald. Schöne, saubere, geräumige Wohnung mit überdachtem Balkon und allem an Komfort was man sich wünschen kann. Ihr seid wirklich sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr zu empfehlen- und ab jetzt definitiv auf unserer Liste der schönen Orte bei denen sich ein Besuch lohnt. Vielen Dank Euch.

Bequemes Wohnen mit fünf Leuten in zwei Schlafzimmern (zur Not sechste Person auf dem Sofa), gute Lage zwischen Messe und See, Straße selbst allerdings eher langweilig. Bäckerei und Lidl fußläufig erreichbar. Nette Gastgeberin. Sauber, ausreichend und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Empfehlung!

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

Ich war leider nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung, wäre aber durchaus gerne länger geblieben. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann, Dieter und Christin sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und waren sehr schnell erreichbar. Auch mein Hund war willkommen - wir beide haben die Zeit in Römerstein sehr genossen! Jederzeit gerne wieder!
