For the location, comfort, walkability, availability, utility and John's responsiveness, safe-accommodations and value/price...almost unbelievable & unbeatable! If you need a place to crash or you need to stay comfortably for some time (i.e. weeks) in Rochester, this is going to be one of, if not, your top option. For multiple people (more than two), it would be a little close quarters to stay more than a few days--like if you will have any others over or stopping by. For my purposes, being in town for two nights for a sporting event, John's place was 100% perfect! Gave me the feeling that my college dorm room (which I loved and re-requested multiple years) had been upgraded to a way better adult format! And with a very nice, immaculate bathroom, retro-design little refrigerator and everything I needed/wanted. Side note: Walk to Ugly Duck Coffee for the best in-town experience!! (Though there is good coffee & maker in the room.)

This is the second time I’ve stayed. The space is neat, creatively done, and comfortable. Conveniently located for activities at the grand or a visit downtown.

We were very comfortable in Rebecca’s Room Upstairs #3. Great, walkable location with a view, awesome patio (shared but we never saw the neighbor), awesome, spacious shower. The place was well appointed with what we needed including coffee, Keurig machine, cold mini fridge, tea, etc. As other reviews have noted, the location is one block off the main drag, right next to Elote Cafe (book well in advance!), yet quiet and peaceful. Never heard any noise at night. Would stay again!

Hôtel très bien placé à 1h de l’entrée de Yosemite national park. Le village est typique de l’ouest américain. L’architecture de l’hôtel le prouve. L’accueil était parfait car même si nous n’avons pas croisé le propriétaire, tout était fait pour se sentir bien. Les instructions d’arrivée étaient claires. Il y a du thé et du café de qualité ce qui est à noter. Je recommande cet établissement.

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

We had a great stay for a quick trip to Zion. The Airbnb is a 50 min drive from Springdale and the Zion visitor center. Also walking distance from the Kanarra falls trail. Perfect for 2 people!

This place was perfect for our girl's trip! The location was awesome, the staff was super kind and accommodating and the place was quiet.

We stayed in Berkeley to attend the Kraftwerk show at the Greek Theater. We really enjoyed staying in such a unique and fun place. As music fans, it was neat imagining how the unit was used as a recording studio. We enjoyed taking a shower under the green foliage and eating breakfast in the lush patio. Super fun!! Erin was friendly, communicative and hospitable throughout our entire stay. A true super host!! Will definitely come back next time we’re in town. Thank you!

For our Mom and daughter spring break trip ‘25, we had a lovely stay at Richard‘s for two nights. This historic Victorian home was beautiful. We stayed in the Paris room and loved it. Fridge and microwave, some little snacks coffee tea & water. Lovely decor & special lighting. So lovely compared to a generic hotel room. There are stairs. The common area was very enjoyable too. We really loved that we could walk to restaurants in Historic Ocala. It’s a close drive to the Canyons Zip-line park and Silver Springs for clear kayaking!! Richard was a great host, responded quickly with restaurant suggestions & made sure we had everything we needed. A great stay. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you.

Very cozy apartment at the Inn perfect for our family of four, close to shops, cafes, the beach, and restaurants. Skating at the rink next door with borrowed skates from the Inn was a bonus! Such a friendly welcoming staff!

We stayed their during our trip to Leavenworth. One of the best place to spend a night at avery reasonable price

It was a great stay! It’s very conveniently located to St George street. The bed was so comfortable and the coffee set up was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Juan de Fuca Cottages. Just a beautiful, peaceful location. The accommodations were super cute and comfortable and the host is very professional, responsive, and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

Great location if you’re looking to be downtown. Near all the restaurants and shops, room is a lot larger than the photos make it look, cute shared balcony on the hotel. When we come home to visit family, we would stay again!

Such a cozy stay, we decided to come back sooner than later. This time we stayed in the Bonnie and Clyde Suite. What a neat experience and stay. I appreciate the History and small town vibes! Great place!

I stayed here for about 2 1/2 months. Was close enough to South Hill where I was working. Pretty quiet surroundings. I didn’t hear much from neighbors and Dollar General is almost right across the street.

I absolutely loved everything about this spot! we will definitely stay here in the future. Dixie was amazing and friendly, I'd give her 100 stars if I could. whoever writes negative reviews about this place is completely lying! You are so close to Zion, and when you walk out of the airbnb you're surrounded by beautiful mountains. The airbnb was super clean, did not smell, absolutely zero bugs. The BBQ restaurant across the stress was delicious and the coffee co place across the street was magnificent too! the croissants were delicious and their pesto sandwiches out of this world. Thank you Dixie for always answering my questions. I can tell you pour your love into your motel.

Excellent value for money. Frankly unbeatable. The building is being renovated so it should get better with time. Not really a place to get work done with the lack of a desk and middling wifi, but perfect when you need a simple functional place to stay. The value proposition literally cannot be beat.

This was the first time I've ever stayed at a facility with shared washrooms and there was no issue. The kitchen equipment looks great with several options and common areas were comfortable, clean and spacious. As an Air BNB rookie, Renee was very accommodating and got me through a hiccup.
