Kozma's property is very beautiful. It was just what we needed for a 1 night stay to go to a Zulu ceremony. Very welcoming place. Private and peaceful. We loved the chickens that roamed the property. And Kozma is a very friendly and fun dude to chat with.

Watkins farm was such a special place. we loved our stay. Reggie was so welcoming and our boys loved him, providing adventures around the dam and farm. it was a perfect getaway for us and our dogs. A slice of heaven. thank-you George and Reggie and Bob the dog

Just wow. We escaped the city and walked right into a slice of heaven. The photos don’t do this place justice. You will be so relaxed when you leave here that you will regret having to go back to reality. Kirsten and her dad helped with everything we needed, the road is a bit tricky if it has rained but nothing to cancel your trip over. A true farm experience with peaceful, quiet surroundings, a stunning fireplace, easy living, a blessing not to be surrounded by technology, giving you the ability and opportunity to unwind, rest and relax. We brought along a Bluetooth speaker and had a proper farm jol into the evening with the peace and beauty of nature surrounding us. We left with heavy hearts and wished our stay was an extra few days. This house has everything you need to have a wonderful getaway. Bring your board games and some Old Brown Sherry for those chilly evenings and go and experience true rest and relaxation. Kirsten your slice of heaven will definitely see us again!

The staff was brilliant - always there, yet never in your face. They were friendly and always assisting. The house was beautiful. You could either spend the day exploring the countryside or just stay home - lounging around. The little stove came in handy as it was suddenly very cold. The dining room table turned into "head quarters" - whether it was to sit and eat, drink a cuppa or play games around the table - so entertaining. The surroundings of the home is peaceful - a farm with cattle and horses - so waking up to the farm sounds, starts the day of on a very calm note. This will definitely be a yearly excursion for us. Lovely, private and beautiful farm stay! Close to wedding venues and Nottingham road (lots to do). The farm itself has some dams, which held some fish (tricky to flyfish but possible to catch). The house also has a huge entertaining space!

Amazing place. Beautiful views. Was relaxing and quiet. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Gert is a great host and always made a plan.
