I would like to welcome you this luxury mini-studio, freshly renovated in 2021 in the center of Kiev. The big bed and mattress (160x200) is custom-designed by a supplier of major hoteliers. The bed is located at window level so that you can watch the street without getting up. The windows in the apartment have triple glazing so despite being in the city center, the apartment is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Modern clean shower and toilet. Easy and simple self check-in after 14:00.

In a five minutes from there located Historical museum, Pokrovsky Monastery, Uspensky belltower, Kharkiv Philarmony, Theater of Opera and Ballet(HATOB), Shevchenko park, Kharkov Zoo and the biggest square of Europe - Maydan Nezalezhnosty.

This modern apartment is made with quality materials and thought through with every detail. Located among lavish green trees, on a hill, secluded from the buzz of the city. The building is reachable only via a long set of stairs or by car. Fully suits 2 adults and up to 2 kids (or 1 adult) on a large transformable sofa. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
