Jordan was a fabulous host his communication from start to finish was so friendly and prompt and the flat was exactly as described , beautifully presented and immaculate . The views over the Tyne are lovely and it is about a 30 minute walk along to the great bars and restaurants along the quayside so you are away from the bustle in a quiet residential area . We were there for the unforgettable Caraboa Cup celebrations and could easily walk up into town , one of my highlights was a run along the quayside seeing the iconic landmarks in the early morning . Thank you Jordan for the thoughtful goodies on arrival ! Highly recommend this stylish and comfortable property and we hope to make a return visit .

The apartment is tastefully decordated and furnished although would not be to everyones taste with a giant flamingo in the living room. Large sitting room and a kitchen I would love in my home. My only complaint was the pillows, far too soft, they went flat and non existent in the main bedroom and in the second bedroom the pillows were lumpy. Apart from that it was a lovely stay and we will stay again....but bring out own pillows! PS loved the secure garage parking...it's a bonus.

The host always kept you updated for everything, communicated well. Elmira was friendly and always asked how you were and if you needed anything. she was understanding and helpful. You have nothing to worry about. Also the view is amazing and also quiet, including the building. I and my sistet enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay cation.

Had an amazing stay with Fiona. She was incredibly helpful and flexible with Check in and communicated faultlessly. Flat was spotless and had everything that was promised and Fiona went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and to make our stay as brill as can be. Definitely look to return on next visit to the Tyne!!

This stay was quite literally perfect. Perfect location, perfect accommodation and a wonderful environment to spend the evenings in. Local pubs nearby are great and this accommodation should sort anyone out if they are in Whitley Bay.

Great beach location, easy check in, parking is on nearby street, its easier to arrive before the Indian opens so you can use the parking bay to offload as you are not meant to use it. Not suitable for someone with mobility issues due to stairs (2nd floor). Modern decorated with tea/coffee/ sugar and milk for drinks. I couldn’t get the shower to go hot but my husband could so thats a me problem. I think its nicely done, but it would be a suggestion to have hard flooring though-out with allowing dogs -to make it easier to clean.

The beautiful, peaceful location and accommodation exceeded my expectations. To wake and watch the sunrise was so memorable. Easy 15 min walk to Whitley Bay or 30 mins to Tynemouth, all along the coast. Local restaurants great and easy Metro link... fabulous!

We stayed in the apartment over Christmas while we visited family in the area. It was a perfect location with easy access to the beach, high street and metro into Newcastle. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch and we enjoyed the sea view. The apartment was warm and cosy, and well equipped with cooking facilities. As a family of four, it was a perfect base camp - we wish Raymond and team a happy 2025!

I stayed for three nights at Anne's and felt right at home from the beginning. The house is lovely, as well as being steps away from the beach it's also very convenient for the metro, shops and nice coffee. The room is cosy and I found the bed comfortable. The shared bathroom and kitchen had everything I needed and all worked perfectly. Anne is a generous host, knowledgeable about the area and I especially enjoyed our wide ranging chats! Thanks Anne - hope to come back next time :)

Can’t recommend this house enough! Myself and my friends stayed for a weekend and we had so much space! The house is in good condition, the area is peaceful and Carole was a great host. Always very helpful and responsive. We had a great time and would definitely be open to returning 😊

Nice cosy place with sight and sounds of the sea. Off road parking onsite, means you can forget the car and enjoy walks on the beach and the many coffee shops in Cullercoats and Tynemouth.

Lovely little cottage right beside the sea. Excellent location for walking to Whitley Bay and Tynemouth in the other direction. A little pricey for what is essentially a 2 bed, 2 bath house with basic facilities but a lovely stay nonetheless.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage was very comfortable and we all felt at home. The location is beautiful nice views of the river and a lovely garden that the kids and dog enjoyed running around. Pub, restaurant, fish and chip shop and little Sainsburys all in walking distance. We stayed while visiting family and would definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious house with a homely feel to it. Suited our needs perfectly and had a fabulous weekend celebrating a 21st birthday. Lovely coastal walk and great local food. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect for beautiful views of the sea and lighthouse. Close to shops and restaurants but still peaceful. Great parking facilities in a busy area. We would stay again.

What a lovely flat great size for our family of four, nice and clean comfy beds nice living area and kitchen with everything you’ll need. The views from the living room looking onto the seafront are stunning with a very nice beach. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink out. Great location overlooking the beach, really nice kitchen / living space which makes the most of the fantastic view. We caught the train, apartment is an easy 15 minute walk from the metro station - walk the last bit through Roker Park, it's very pleasant.

Melanie’s place is fantastic. Such a brilliant location in Seaham for everything we wanted to do and what an amazing view of the sea out front! Everything we needed for our short stay was provided and Melanie’s instructions for accessing the building were clear and helpful. The 50% off breakfast offer at The Lamp Room is definitely something to take advantage of - the food was fantastic and even better at those prices! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a great place to stay, right on the marina walking distance from many good restaurants and a great place to just take a stroll. Graham was always there to answer questions before we arrived. Everything in the Condo is well marked, he has all of the user manuals for all of the appliances and such. Notes conveniently placed so that you understand what is going on and how things work. We stayed for a whole month and was well worth the money for the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

What a lovely apartment to stay in Durham! Chris was so nice to meet me there and show me everything with the apartment. The apartment is all new, very comfortable, with a beautiful peaceful setting on the river! He even bought me some food to get me through the mornings. It was so conveniently located to the town. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

The flat was warm and cosy on arrival and remained so despite the January weather. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The front windows caught the winter sun all day, with great views over the Tyne. It was comfortable, relaxing and quiet, just what was needed. The location is excellent for all the village amenities and for the metro station, perfect for trips out to the wider Tyneside area with its wide variety of interesting places. The acid test is whether we'd go again - the answer is a resounding yes.

A wonderful quiet stay in a delightful flat on the second floor with wide stairs. Comfortable with everything provided with tasteful decor. Easy to find the keys with excellent access when parking the car. View was lovely and a great location for the beach and local amenities. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Robert

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Newcastle. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns in der Wohnung wie zuhause sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf dem Yachthafen und auf die Tyne ist wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
