He has an amazing villa over looking the ocean, with a private platform to relax and jump straight into the ocean. The house was well equipped and Tevfik was very responsive.

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

We had the absolute BEST time staying at this wonderful cabin! It was the perfect getaway for me and my family — cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin had everything we needed and more — thoughtful touches, super comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and stunning surroundings that made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We spent our days exploring the area and our evenings gathered around the fire, making memories we’ll cherish for a long time. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and nature, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht in der Villa angekommen. Der Check in hat mittels einer Schlüsselbox am Haus super geklappt. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und alle Gegenstände waren vom Zustand bestens in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Das Beste ist aber die tolle Aussicht von der Poolterrasse und den Balkonen auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir haben es besonders am Abend genossen. Dabei haben wir uns auch nicht an den gelegentlichen Rufen des Muezzin aus der nahe gelegenen Moschee gestört. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

L’appartement est très bien situé près des des lieux de visites historiques d’Istanbul et pourtant très calme et paisible . Le quartier est très vivant avec des restaurants et commerces dans la journée. Le logement était propre, lumineux et notre hôte très disponible . Nous recommandons fortement .

Sapanca’da Villa Holiday’de 1 gece konakladık. Ev sahibimiz Nursel Hanım çok ilgili ve nazikti. Villa son derece temizdi ve çocuklarla birlikte çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Doğayla iç içe, huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Tavsiye ederiz!

Habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt, Die matratze könnte erneuert werden, sonst alles wunderbar. Wohnung war gut geheizt. Das Gehäuse einer Steckdose war lose.komme unsbhsngig davon gerne wieder in die tolle geräumige Studiowohnung von Ayra. Danke

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

Die Unterkunft hätte von der Lage nicht besser sein können. Philip war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel, da er uns spontan einen Tag früher rein gelassen hat. Was die Ausstattung der Küche angeht waren wir wunschlos glücklich. Besonders sind uns die Katzen ans Herz gewachsen die uns besucht haben. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Balayı için geldiğimiz bu harika evde huzur dolu zamanlar geçirdik. Kendi evimiz gibi benimsedik. Ekim sonu olmasına rağmen havuza yine de girebildik. Teşekkür ederiz, yine gelmeyi isteriz

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. We absolutely loved staying at this house. The village is peaceful and lovely, the villa is convenient, beautifully decorated, and clean, and the rooftop was the best part. We are big cooks and cooked quit a bit while we stayed so we loved the fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and everything provided when we asked. Baris was such a great host, welcomed us personally and was very helpful when we needed anything. Recommend staying at this beautiful place.

Delightful cottage in a gorgeous setting-so very peaceful! Vicky and Burcin have thought of so many details to assure needs are met. Both were friendly and responsive. Vicky took time to share details about her beloved garden. She has also prepared a notebook filled with information about the area/culture. It was a delight to read. Highly recommend a stay at Fig Cottage!

Yılbaşı tatili için kiraladığımız 1+1 Dairede her şey gösterildiği gibiydi. Bir tepeye konumlandırılmış küçük bir kompleks içerisinde altlı üstlü 2-3 kattan oluşan bağımsız daireler yer alıyor. İşletmenin yerleştiği tepelik alanın da katkısıyla dairelerin hepsi denizi görüyor ve gümbet sahilini gören muhteşem bir manzarası var. Bu manzara hem salon hem yatak odasından görülebiliyor. Daire içerisinde tüm beyaz eşyalar mevcut ve tüm malzemeler kaliteli. İşletmenin bu kompleksi kurduğu tarih kaynaklı bazı eşyalarda hafif kullanılmışlık hissediliyor fakat yine de daireler iyi muhafaza edilmiş ve bakımlı. Temizlik konusunda büyük bir sıkıntı görmedik, işletme sorumlularıyla kolay iletişim kurabiliyorsunuz. Tek eksik hem salonda hem de yatak odasında TV olmasına rağmen smart TV olmamalarıydı. Evde vakit geçirirken bizi zorladı fakat bunda da çalışanlar HDMI kablosu temin ederek yardımcı oldular. Ek olarak dairede en azından salonda halı olması her açıdan daha iyi olabilirdi.
