Ismail’s place is exactly as the pictures and feels very comfortable and cosy - European comfort, style and quality, in the heart of Maadi. The apartment was spotless and had everything needed for my 1 month stay, and Ismail was also very helpful whenever needed. The apartment is located a stone’s throw from lots of restaurants, cafes and shops, but is on a quiet street just off the main road. I’d highly recommend this apartment for a short term or long term stay.

اولا موقع السكن قريب من الخدمات كافيهات سوبر ماركت يمكن فيه شويه ازعاج من السيارات بالخارج لكن بالمجمل مو الازعاج اللي م يخليك تنام او تقلق والسكن عباره عن غرفة استديو بدورة مياه نظيفه مطابقه للصور بالتمام واجمل وللامانه البواب ومدير المبنى متعاونين جدا بكل شي تحتاجه واتمنى منهم يستمرون ع المستوى هذا وافضل ان شاء الله والاكيد بيكون خياري بالرحلات القادمة

Kareem's place was perfectly located for our stay in Maadi, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes. Kareem was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and had all the facilities needed for our 3 day stay. I would definitely return.

Bassem is a really good host. He is very friendly and helpful and reacts super fast. His apartment is amazing. We stayed there for the second time and it has a lot of space and an amazing rooftop terrace. The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants reachable in walking distance. We will definitely come back again.

The place looked absolutely great, exactly like the photos! We really enjoyed the balcony and the living room next by. Only consideration was the noise from the street as the apartment is located close to rail tracks, nonetheless it’s manageable. The host gave clear instructions and we really liked the place.
