We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

Perfect home for our group! Was great to take advantage of the kitchen and have some meals at home too. Everything was just as described and a beautiful little getaway. The crib and high chair were especially helpful as we are traveling with a baby.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Pictures don’t do that view justice. Cosy little place with everything you need. Full kitchen. Laundry service from the host. Sara was super lovely and helpful. Just near a cute little old town and cool castle.

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

El apartamento de Roberto y Sonia es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto, muy limpio y perfectamente cuidado. Se nota la dedicación en cada detalle. Muy atentos con las intolerancias alimentarias, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Además, mostraron una gran flexibilidad con los horarios de llegada y salida, algo que valoramos muchísimo y hizo todo mucho más cómodo. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaríamos con los ojos cerrados.

Nous avons passé des jours très agréables à l'appartement de Paola. C'est propre, fonctionnel, bien situé près d'un minimarket et surtout du minimétro de Perugia qui est une merveille. Les communications étaient faciles et Paola, très disponible. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Si nous retournions à Perugia, nous louerions au même endroit.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Emplacement idéal, grand jardin, magnifique vue sur le oliviers pour le coucher de soleil. Très joli appartement, récemment rénové, fonctionnel et au calme. Rossano est extrement sympathique, nous a fourni de nombreuses explications sur les randonnées à proximité. Il produit également son propre vin et sa propre huile d'olive de très bonne qualité. Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Alloggio pulito , con tutto il necessario, vicino centro storico, 10 minuti a piedi, giardino e calma assoluta. Giuseppe persona cordiale e accogliente e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Consiglio questo alloggio e ci ritornerò volentieri.
